Teens For Heart Forum What makes you write?

Since teenagers are sai to be disintrested in literature my question is pretty simple:
Why do you write?
And maybe .. WHEN do you write?

I write because its fun and exciting, but you were probably looking for something more precise...   So, I love to write because it is the way I can express myself as a teen. I can create worlds, tell stories, and hopefully get a book published. I published one short story this past month, and it is soooo thrilling! I hope to do it again.   I write one hour a day, during breaks, before I got to bed, or whenever I feel like it.
