Supernatural Cafe Forum Vampire Information

Hey All,

This forum is to gather Vampire information. As you have probably already seen the first contest is about Vampires. Let’s get together and come up all the Vampire information a new Vamp writer would need for the contest. If you are new to Vampires this is the place to ask your questions. I don’t want lack of knowledge to be a reason not to enter the contest.

The ways to kill a Vampire:

Beheading

Stake through the heart

Fire

Sunlight

Pretty standard I admit. Raven Hart also added killing your sire in her books.

For Vampire information you could watch Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Dracula. Read Anne Rice or Raven Hart. Again these are basics, I want everyone else to contribute as well.

What about holy water, crosses and garlic?

These symbols aren't used as much anymore, but they are supposed to be powerful deterents.

Another good movie to watch about Vampires is The Lost Boys.
