Vampire Crackpot meets Keith Richards .. 

They duel it out for the right to shoot botulinum toxin into Mick Jagger's lips ... While they duke it out, Mick detaches his lips.. on & on... I'll give it a try...

Maybe have someone who thinks they're a vampire, but they're really human. Or perhaps someone that everyone thinks is a vampire.

Vampires who, instead of/as well as sucking the blood of their victims; suck the memories and/or powers of their victims.
