Hello Sci Fi & Fantasy Writers at the Table! I just recently started a contest that I specifically geared towards those who write in the science fiction genre, although all genres are allowed and welcomed!

The theme of this contest is: The Machine. Basically the theme is to write a piece (story, poem, screenplay, etc.) that revolves around a machine. It can be any kind of machine: modern, futuristic, invented by your mind, mundane. :) Anything, really.

First place winner will receive a critique on the winning piece and another piece that is in your collection by yours truly! I know, the prize isn't so great, but you get cool ribbons with awesome names!
