Scary Story Writers Group Forum Idea For someone

Had this idea for ages but I can’t really write it, just can’t capture it in a book Well enough 

So

There’s this kid and he’s got schizophrenic. So he has this friend ho isn’t real, and the book goes that the hallucinatory guy starts killing people. Idk how the story ends, maybe the kid was killeng people anyway or something
