52 laid there, not having the strength to try and run again.

Naito came back with the medical supplies. "This might sting a bit." He said as he dabbed at her injuries with a disinfectant soaked cloth.

52 tensed and whimpered again. She tried moving away from him.

Naito lightly rubbed the top ocher head with a smile. "Good girl." He set down the cloth, and began wrapping her wounds with great care.

The pain wasn't as bad while he was wrapping the wounds, but she still shook. (Gtg See you tomorrow)

Naito tied off the bandages with a kind smile. "There!" He said proudly. "All finished." He went into the kitchen to find a bottle of veterinarian painkillers they give to animals like bug dogs. He came back and held the dropper over the dog's muzzle. "Take this, it'll make the pain go away, I promise."

52 hesitated, staring at the medicine for a moment. Then slowly began the lick it the best she could without lifting her head.

Naito made sure she finished off the dose. "Good girl!" He cooed, and pet her head. He lifted her up off the table and then onto the couch so she would be more comfortable. "I don't have a dogbed right now, so you'll have to make do with the couch."

Can I jump in?

52 felt something soft underneath her and she relaxed slightly. Then the painkillers kicked in and she felt herself drifting off into sleep.

Sure if you want.

Naito yawned and went into his room to sleep the night away.

52 fell into sleep soon after he had left, relaxing completely. Her pain had ebbed away, and she sighed in her sleep.

Naito got up the next morning and got out into the kitchen, hungry for breakfast.

52 heard someone walking around, and opened her eyes. For a moment, she didn't know where she was, and started to panic. Then she caught a familiar scent, and calmed down. She remembered what had happened, and lifted her head to look around.

Naito, still half asleep, began frying up a couple of eggs, and a few strips of bacon.

52 sniffed the air, and felt her stomach twist in hunger. She hesitated a moment before trying to stand up on the couch. Carefully, she jumped to the floor, and slowly made her way into the kitchen, stopping in the doorway.

Naito plaed the cooked food onto a plate, and began to walk out when he saw the dog from the night before. "Oh, hey there." He greeted with a smile. "I almost forgot about you." He set his plate on the table, and grabbed half if the cooked bacon, and held it in his hand for 52 to eat.

52 hesitated, not sure what he had. But it smelt good, so she took a step towards him.

Naito smiled kindly and pushed the handful of bacon closer to her.
