Kaida: When we got back to the motel room I stood at the window and stared out over the city.

Vant: "What more do you want to talk about?" I asked.

Kaida: I shrug. " I don't really know... All I know is that you confuse me. You say you don't know but it seems like you do."

Vant: I gripped my hair in frustration. Why couldn't it have just been simple? Why couldn't I just be able to tell her yes or no? "I'm sorry...I just don't know...."

Kaida: I noticed a latch on the window and opened the window. The air crashed into the room. I was nice and cool.

Vant: The air blew a multitude of scents in my face, the most prominent being Kaida's. I stood up, and slowly walked behind her. "Kaida? I think I know..."

Kaida: " Oh, do you?"

Vant: I'll give in to my instincts. I'll give in to what Kaida wants. I'll give in to what I want. "Yes." I lifted her face to mine, and leaned down.

Kaida: I pressed my fingers on his mouth as he leaned down. " Tell me first."

Vant: My heart pounded in my chest. "I want you to be my mate." I said slowly, hesitantly.

Kaida: " Do you love me?" I ask as my heart pounds

Vant: I felt my cheeks heat up, much to my inner dismay, as I nodded slowly. "Yes."

Kaida: I smile then put my arms around his neck and kiss him.  

Vant: I kissed her back, feeling elated at having gotten rid of the frustration on not knowing what I did and didn't feel. I'm glad I knew now. She was so very soft too...

Kaida: It was my first time ever kissing anyone so I didn't know what to do.

Vant: I let my instincts guide me, as I slowly moved my lips against hers.

Kaida: I move my hand up to the back of his head, hoping he knows what to do since I don't have a single clue on what you do when you kiss someone.

Vant: I wrapped my arms around her small waist, and held her against me, deepening the kiss.

Kaida: He continued to kiss me and I didn't mind, not at all.

Vant: I pulled away from her, only slightly, to get some much needed air.
