Sara: I race after him "You're just going to leave!" I yell "I've sat and watched my sister fall for you for over a millenia, I wont just sit here and watch you hurt her anymore, for once she is finally loved back, how can you just leave her now" tears fill my eyes "Do you know how much it hurts to watch the person you love leave, it hurts a lot so why would you do that to her, do you know how she will feel when she wakes up and you arent the person sitting next to her and then she finds out that she doesnt know when she will get to see you again if EVER! Luna will wait for you for however long it takes, even if she doesnt know if you could be dead or alive" I scream "You could Die and she would still wait here for you to come back no matter how much time passes, shell never leave all because of YOU!" Luna: "Sara that's enough!" I scold as I stand in the doorway, using it for support "Its an important decision and no matter how much it hurts I know that this is what he has to do, and I understand and respect that and I will always be waiting for him to come back to me, no matter what, that is just how it is" I try to smile faintly Sara: "But its not fair" I cry but Luna just looks at me and whispers "Life isnt fair Sara"

Hanzi: I couldn't look at Luna. I didn't want to see the face she was making. I let my eyes drift downward and then leave. "She's safer without me." I say as I climb into the car waiting for me. I find myself at the Council. "Hanzi..." Victoria said greeting me from next to the 'throne' with a large smile on her face. "We've been waiting." I wasn't sure how she knew that I was coming to claim the throne but she did and gave it up without a fight. I narrowed my eyes as she left the room and sighed. Something was up. Victoria: "Him on throne," I say crossing my arms in pleasure, "He's powerful, he'll do anything to protect those he loves. Even if that means becoming my play thing." I pull the vile of blood from my pocket and smile then pull out a phone, "Trent, it seems a gift has fallen into our lap."

Trent: "Thats wonderful news" I beam "I leave it in your capable hands don't fail me Victoria" I hiss/whisper "make me proud" I click the end button "Time for some fun" Luna: I turn back and head into the room again Sara close behind me "How can you just let him treat you like that" She snaps "He couldnt even look at you" I turn around "Enough!" I snap "Let me ask you, if you were me and Bryce was Hanzi what would you do" I see her shocked face "You didnt think I could see the way you looked at him, you looked at him the way he looked at me, that must have hurt more than anything having the guy you like like your older sister...I'm sorry" I apologized "I was out of line"

Victoria: "Of course" I say and lip the phone closed. Turning I head back into the dim room that was now full of loyal Purebloods, those that had supported Hanzi's mother and would now support him. There were also those that supported me however. sliding into Hanzi's lap I take his hand and wrap it around me, "They will be expecting a lot from you," I whisper into his ear, "Lets not disappoint them."

Sara: my cheeks turn bright red from embarresment and I race out of the room. How could she do that in front of everyone Luna: I stood up tall "Class will be starting soon, dispite tonights events we shouldnt miss anything" I curtsy before exiting the room and getting into my uniform for school.

Esther: I find Luna in front of the school a few minutes before the bell rang and venture up to her. "Hi." I say folding my arms and lean against the wall next to her, "You know... I might not know much about you." I start as I look up at the big moon, "But I do know Hanzi and he wouldn't love someone unless they are truly a good person." I shake my head, "Nor would he leave them unless he knew he had to... He's a stubborn boy, always has been. He's just like his mother, that's why I know he'll be back." I give her a smile, "But while he's gone you need to hold your friends and family close. Sara's young, she doesn't understand things the way we do. She doesn't understand that Hanzi cannot just disregard his people. He is the Vampire Prince, as friends and family we can do nothing but support him. Even if it hurts."

Luna: "Sara wont understand until something similar happens, if she is forced to either become the packs leader or follow me, she will choose the pack over me, because she will understand that she just cant turn her back on her pack, just like Hanzi cant turn his back on his people, but she is just to emotional and she has nothing to relate it to so she doesnt understand it" I explain "but one day she will" I sigh "I know Hanzi loves me, I know he will return to me one day and I accept that there are somethings that he just has to do and there is nothing that I can say or do about it" I shrug "but that has always been the way it is. Do you know how me and Hanzi first met?" I asked

Esther: I shake my head, "I don't," I say, "I believe around that time I was under the employment of his mother, I have been for so long." I sigh, "How did you meet?" I question.

Luna: "After work one night at the tavern in the village next to ours, I went to the fields in between to grab some herbs for Sara's medicine. On my way back I stumbled and my herbs flew everywhere, I heard a screech and looked up seeing a young woman and a young man, the girl was furious she started screaming at me, she smacked me and began to walk away but the young man stood there standing he didnt move, I touched my cheek where she had smacked me and got back to picking up my herbs, when I was done I stood back up and curtsyed to the young man and left, as I walked away I turned around and he was looking at me with the most odd look, the girl grew angry and snapped at him, but he refused to move until I was out of view, little did I know that just a few nights later I would meet him again in a very different circumstance" I laughed

Esther: "I'm guessing the young woman was Victoria," I say sourly, "She' been with Hanzi since they were children, always clinging to him. Most of the Purebloods approved of the relationship, they expected so much out of the new King, even if he didn't know his title yet." I shake my head, "They still do..." I let my words trail off then smile at her, "What happened next?"

Luna: "Sara got really sick and nothing seemed to work, one rainy night a couple nights after I had met Hanzi there was a knock on my door, James was standing there, he said he had heard of Sara's illness and offered to make her better but only if I agreed to become his apprentice and go with him, I could bring Sara but I could never return to the life that I once had, I agreed, Sara was better by the next day and James turned me that night two nights later, after I got used to being what I was, he held a grand ball in honor of his new apprentice, he loves throwing massive balls banquets and parties, that is where Hanzi actually met me, Victoria was and was stunned when she found out it was me, strangely enough I never talked back then, I just smiled nodded even when james asked me I could only nod and at that party I never uttered a word, Hanzi was the first person to ever get me to speak" I laughed "it was 100 years later until we met again and thats when he asked me if I ever talked and I shook my head, he told me that it was a shame cause he really wanted to know what my voice sounded like"

Esthe: I chuckle, "Oh boy," I say shaking my head, "What a romantic he has always been." I roll my eyes, "Hanzi was always a gentle boy, a product of his parents no doubt. They kept his birthrights from him for this reason I think. Who knows what he could have turned out like otherwise." I smile, "I bet you were very surprised..."

Luna: the next time I saw him I curtsied and told him "Its a pleasure to see you again lord Hanzi" all he could do was smile, but shortly after that I learned that Victoria had claim to him and that no matter how much I wished it, he was a Pureblood and I was a halfling, we could never be together, the last time Hanzi left for a long time was back in the Victorian era, after one of James Gala's, we danced together that night and then I didnt see him until James made the school, and Hanzi agreed to attend."

Esther: I nod, "I remember when he decided to attend your school." I say, "He said he was doing a friend a favor." I shake my head, "At that point him and Victoria were engaged he broke it off almost immediately broke it off with her." I give her a knowing smile, "I guess I know why now." 

Luna: "He broke off the engagment then?" I asked surprised "I didn't know that" I look at the ground "that's like 10 years before my party" my hand covers my mouth

Ester: I chuckle, "It seems so." I say clasping my hands behind my back. "Our Hanzi does like to keep secrets." I wink at her and pat her shoulder, "Looks like you weren't the only one that followed along, Hanzi... when he treasures something... he kind of become like a puppy. He would do anything to make that treasure happy and to protect it."

Luna: "That silly silly little boy"  laugh and look up at the moon "Just come back to me soon" I smile "Thank you" a tear slides down my cheek as I smile at Esther "Thank you so much"

Esther: I smile, "Anything for My Lady," I say with a wink, "I'll see you around." I straighten and head toward the school, "I'll see you in class!"

Trent: I walk through the campus and sigh as I enter class seeing Luna in her apparent usual spot, she glances up and freezes when she sees me "What are YOU doing here?" She hisses as she throws her seat back and all I can do is laugh "Calm down girlie, I'm not here to kill you, believe it or not, I'm actually here to apologize and make up for what I did in any way I can" I bow as she sits back down in her seat and ignores me.

Esther: I slide myself between this figure and Luna then narrow my eyes. Hanzi would be very disappointed if Luna was hurt even just a bit by this man. "She's not interested in talking to you," I say calmy, "So leave her be."
