Re: Moonlight Academy

James: "well I do not know if Victoria will need an escort or not" I shrug "anyway we will see what happens when we get closer to the date"

Re: Moonlight Academy

Hanzi: "Sounds fine to me," I say looking over his collection of books, "How long do you plan on keeping this place open?" I ask curiously, "It's been doing quite alright lately but you can't expect things to go smoothly all the time..."

Re: Moonlight Academy

James: "oh I don't know as long as I can" I shrugged again " who knows I only have 50 more years before I can leave, then my time will be mine" I smile to myself

Re: Moonlight Academy

Hanzi: "That's true." I say picking a book at random, "I only have about 24 years left... It's hard to believe that my servitude if almost over... 24 short years and I'll be my own man for the first time since I turned 50."

Re: Moonlight Academy

James: "I hear ya" I sigh "almost over though."

Re: Moonlight Academy

Hanzi: I smile, "Luna, seemed upset earlier," I say suddenly after a moment of silence, "I'm not sure as to why but then again I've never been good at reading woman. They are rather confusing..."

Re: Moonlight Academy

James: "hm that's odd Luna doesn't show weakness very often in fact for a while I truly believed that her love for her sister was her only downfall but it seems that she isn't as stone hearted as I feared" I smiled slightly at this news "well Im glad that she feels comfortable to show you that she was at least somewhat upset although I do wonder what could have cause her to react in such a way?"

Re: Moonlight Academy

Hanzi: "Who knows," I say closing the book and putting it back, "She ran away after before I could ask." I grab another book and random then make a face and put it back. "You need to refresh your library, James." I state running my finger over a book of Shakespeare's best in first translation. "You always did love dramas though. Romeo and Juliet was your favorite, right? it was either that or perhaps A Midsummer's Night Dream?"

Re: Moonlight Academy

James: "actually Macbeth and king leer are my two favorites so know king leer is Lunas"

Re: Moonlight Academy

Hanzi: "Huh... well maybe those were my mother's favorites," I say absently as I turn to the window, "Has it really been just 300 years since you changed Luna?"

Re: Moonlight Academy

Bryce- "But I-" I started to say, wanting to help her. But maybe I really should just leave. "Ok then. You probably would've liked to have seen Hanzi come after you, even though I was just trying to help." I say turning and leaving. If she wanted to be left alone then fine. Lately, other people, like Merileth, have been nicer to me than she has.

Re: Moonlight Academy

Luna: "damn you" I curse as I drop from the rafters "don't you just casually thrust the mere bit if knowledge that you know of my feelings at me in retaliation" I cry I turn and storm out of the cathedral and race towards the Forrest line towards the trees James: "she's much older than that but it's just easier to say she's 300 vs what she actually which I kind have already forgotten" I admitted

Re: Moonlight Academy

I climb out one of the "windows" in the werewolves' dorms and haul myself up onto the back lawn, near to the forest, for some fresh air. I take a deep breath, it felt refreshing after the dusty, thick air down below. Something moves out of the corner of my eye, I turn around and realise it's not something, it's someone: Luna. She looks upset...but she really doesn't like me. *Oh well, I mean, whats the worst that could happen if I tick her off?* That annoying little voice inside my head answers *Well, you could have the blood sucked out of you and die alone and helpless.* I push the thought to the back of my mind, Luna's just not like that. I follow her and find her alone. I lightly put my hand on her shoulder "Luna?" I ask quietly "Are you okay?"

Re: Moonlight Academy

Luna: I whip around "why can't everybody just leave me alone!" I cry as I sink to the floor "I just want to be left alone"

Re: Moonlight Academy

Hanzi: "I suppose your right," I say casually, "best to keep her young so the council doesn't order her to swear alligence..."

Re: Moonlight Academy

James: "exactly"I smile "you finish up alright and ill go get the food ordered"

Re: Moonlight Academy

Hanzi: "Yeah," I say and head for the door, "I'll see you around I suppose." I decide to go into the field beside the school and lay down in the grasses. I was tired but not enough to try and sleep. It was just a dull nagging weariness that was eating at me, nothing to serious. I watch the stars as I lay there and smile, "How long has it been since I've done this?" I ask myself, "I miss carefree feelings."

Re: Moonlight Academy

I sigh and kneel down next to her "Because," I say gently "you have people who care about you, even me believe it or not." I pause to let that sink in "I have an idea that this meltdown is from boy trouble, huh? One specific boy in particular, right?" I add something as an afterthought "Don't deny it, I know you like vamp boy, I mean, Hanzi. Sometimes when you're around him I can see it in the way you act, or, when you're feeling something strongly about him, I can feel it. One of those wierd things I can't control, picking up on peoples emotions and all." I put a hand on her shoulder "Luna, I know you don't really like me and all, but you can trust me. You can talk to me about it, or we can simply sit here and I'll just muddle through this silently with you."

Re: Moonlight Academy

Luna: "thanks" I cry " it's just we can never be together and he belongs to Victoria and I just wish that we could that maybe he might that maybe just maybe" I smile slightly

Re: Moonlight Academy

I give her a half-smile "For one thing, we both know he hates being Victoria's lapdog. And I know he's horrid when it comes to sorting out feelings and understanding girls, which makes no sense due to the fact that he's always just surrounded by them." I squeeze her shoulder "Trust me, if he knew, I bet he'd finally realize you two would be great for each other. And, quite frankly, when it comes to relationships, I'm pretty sure he's not exactly an expert. I mean, he's been forced out on way to many dates, he's got to be rusty with the whole feelings and fun thing. How about I talk to him and see if I can get any feedback that he might really like you, but not really know it, or if he's been around Vicious Victoria long enough to have all the life and emotion sucked out of him. I promise I won't just blurt out 'Hey, Luna likes you.', I'll just ask him a couple of things about different people, including you, and see his reaction emotionaly when you are the topic. Sound like a plan? Or are we going back to the drawing board?"
