Re: Maewell and The World of the Undead - REPOST11 Years AgoTris-"what about them?"i ask gesturing to the frightened people with mae.

Re: Maewell and The World of the Undead - REPOST11 Years AgoMae: "They're coming with us." I tell her "Their daughter is at the hideout, we're going to throw a family reunion." the mom looks up at me "She's safe? Our Sophie's safe?" I smile "Yes, she's safe at my place. She might be a little shaken, but there's nothing wrong a little comforting and hugging won't handle."

Re: Maewell and The World of the Undead - REPOST11 Years AgoKeeva: "she was eating when I left her," I say with a smile, "Don't worry, she might even be asleep by now."
Re: Maewell and The World of the Undead - REPOST11 Years AgoTris-the woman who spoke sees me and asks Mae "that cat won't hurt us right?"I snort indignantly.
Re: Maewell and The World of the Undead - REPOST11 Years AgoRoe: I notice the cat and begin to tell them to watch out, but Mae rushes in "No, she's completely safe."

Re: Maewell and The World of the Undead - REPOST11 Years AgoKeeva: "Did you know that most animals don't attack on instinct..." I comment, "They usually only do so when they feel threatened or are protecting something, such as their young or their territory." I shrug, "In other words... she harmless."
Re: Maewell and The World of the Undead - REPOST11 Years AgoTris-"well,i wouldn't say harmless,"I mutter under my breath, remembering all those deer.I see a boy that looks about my age in the group of people. The rest of the people smell of sweat and tears,so does he but he also has a faint scent of Juniper lingering on him.that's strange I wonder.I remember i left sophie in the room so i race ahead of everyone and tell sophie to come out.i transform back to human form and open the door she tentatively peeks out and relaxes when she sees a actual human and not a giant cat."come on,"I say,"i think there are some people looking for you."we walk out on the balcony and wait.
Re: Maewell and The World of the Undead - REPOST11 Years AgoTris-i finally see the group of people and act like I've never seen them before, so as not to give away my shifting."hi there!"I call casually.the boy gives me a strange look but I ignore it and say"who are all these people?"

Re: Maewell and The World of the Undead - REPOST11 Years AgoMae: I begin to answer when I hear a small, high voice call "Mommy!" and see the little girl rush by and fling herself into her mother's arms. "Oh, sweetie. You're safe, you're safe." she sobs, holding her daughter close. I lean back against Roe and watch as the family talks and hugs. "Makes you wonder." I say quietly. Roe: I wrap my arms around her and rest my chin on top of her head. "Wonder what?" she shifts "What it's like." she didn't have to explain what she meant, I knew. "Yeah, it does." I say quietly as I look at the family, giving her a squeeze.

Re: Maewell and The World of the Undead - REPOST11 Years AgoTris-"well,who's hungry?"I ask,"Keeva made a wonderful dinner and it's on the stove heating up right now."this is met by a cheery response and everyone comes inside.I look at Mae and ask quietly,"what are we going to do with these people?"

Re: Maewell and The World of the Undead - REPOST11 Years AgoKeeva: I shrug, "We build another tree house," I state simple, "I'll start drawing up plans, don't worry I'm not hungry." I smile and pulling out my notebook I flip open to a page, glance at Roe and Mae, then rip a picture I had drawn a little while ago. I head over to Mae and hand it to her, "No need to wonder." I comment pointing at her, "You already have a family, at least I think you do." I then head toward the library. It wasn't one of my best pictures but it was my favorite. All of them, Tris and Mae and even Roe, though he looked very sour as he sulked, all sat around in the living room of the tree house.

Re: Maewell and The World of the Undead - REPOST11 Years AgoTris-After everyone has eaten, mae, keeva, and i get everyone settled some sleep in sleeping bags and that boy lays on the couch.I nod to keeva and she knows that I'm going out for my nightly change.I wait for a few minutes before sneaking out the window and I am careful as I stalk away from the house in my panther form.I head to a tall tree.I balance easily on the branch.I smell a familiar scent on the breeze.I quietly climb down and find a male panther awfully close to the treehouse, I won't let it get too close I decide and leap upon it when it starts to go in the doorway.we snarl and tumble down the slope to the jungle floor.we grapple and fight and eventually we manage to stand circling each other.I stop suddenly when I find that it smells of juniper.it stops too and we just stare at each other.

Re: Maewell and The World of the Undead - REPOST11 Years AgoKeeva: I head to the library and sit down with a big paper in front of me. First I'd need to pick a tree that was sturdy. I search my memory of all the trees I had seen and pick one not to far from our own, "Now for the tree house." I say as I begin my sketch.
Re: Maewell and The World of the Undead - REPOST11 Years AgoTris-"who,are you?",I snarl defensively in the panther language.
Re: Maewell and The World of the Undead - REPOST11 Years AgoI go out and find Keeva "What cha do'n?" I ask
Re: Maewell and The World of the Undead - REPOST11 Years AgoKeeva: I give a little nod toward my many drawings, "I'm drawing up plans for their treehouse." I say, "Yours it to small to fit all of us. I was also thinking... if there are others out there... well if there are we can find those kids that were at Maewell and maybe we can... I don't know..." I let my words trail off as I look at my sketches, "Maybe we could join together..."
Re: Maewell and The World of the Undead - REPOST11 Years Ago"I'd love for that to happen." I tell her "But, it can't. At least, not yet." I look down "We can't build their house to close to here, in fact, we ourselves may have to move out and we can give them our place. See, someone would literally kill to find me, and, if they find them...well, they could tell where I am and, well, people could get hurt."

Re: Maewell and The World of the Undead - REPOST11 Years AgoTris-"who are you!?"I snarl again in panther.the panther looks at me funny and acts like it doesn't understand. What kind of panther doesn't speak it's own language i wonder."who are you?"i growl in english.it looks at me,surprised that i can speak english and says,"my name is Dorian." "what kind of panther doesn't even know it's own language?"I ask still irritated."What kind of panther knows english?"He asks.We stare at each other for a while, finally he speaks "who are you?"he asks.Instead of answering him i whip around and speed back twards the treehouse.I don't hear any pawsteps behind me so i decide that he must've stayed behind. If my theory is right then i'll be seeing him again.I look inside and see that the boy on the couch is missing...
Re: Maewell and The World of the Undead - REPOST11 Years AgoTris-i turn around in time to see Dorian come up."so now you know who i am but i still don't know who you are."He says."my name is Tris."i tell him,"i thought i was the only one..."i murmer."i'm guessing you're a shifter too"He says."yes,i am"i reply."that's nice."he comments."what's nice?"i ask."that i'm not the only one anymore"He replies.

Re: Maewell and The World of the Undead - REPOST11 Years AgoKeeva: I look away, "People are getting hurt already." I say then stand and gather my stuff, toss it absently onto a random shelf, and leave the room.
