River: I chuck the knives across the room all of them hiting their mark, dead center, I then started practicing hand to hand combat, it was what I needed to work on the most.

Jack Frost: "You need to lift your right hand a little more," I comment as I lounge on a tree above Rivers head, "You feet too. They aren't spread enough and you're off balance."

River: I spin around when I hear his voice "What-how did you, what are you doing here?" I ask confused

Izzy-  lands and takes off the wings only to put them away again only to go and find jaremy

Jack Frost: "How did I not get here," I comment and land on my feet in front of her, "Just work on the form."

River: "Death will be furious with me if he finds out that you're here" I say growing defensive, I pull out both of my swords the rose still in my hair.

Jack Frost: "mmmmmmhm," I laugh when I spot the rose and raise and eyebrow, I then snap my fingers and it melts away and the puddle of water formed drifts towards me in the air, "Being cruel will on result in thinks lost." I comment watching the water form patterns in the air, "isn't that right, Miss River?"

River: I watch the water "If you have NO purpose in being here then I suggest you leave now before I get cross and loose my temper" I growl angrily

Jack Frost: I snick, "Ouch," I say, "i think your hot temper just burnt." I then make the water look like it was a flame and smile as I watch it for a second. Then I transform the water into a Forget Me Not. and hand it to her, "A much more appropriate flower I think," I say then wink at her, "Until we meet again!" I then disappear into an ice portal.

River: I didn't know whether to be angry or what, but as I stared at the flower I just smile to myself and place it in my hair again, sighing I laugh at myself and start back up on my training, working harder on my form

Bellona: I needed to get some engery out so I head to the soldiers camp and jump into the ring challenging them in a hand to hand fight. I easily best the first few who are foolish enough to try to fight me and look around, "Next?" I ask disappointed. I still had so much energy left!

Bellona: No one stepped up so I head back to the castle. Hopefully some battle would start up so that I could blow off some energy.

Jeremy: I am sitting in the kitchen with a piece of muffin in my hand when I probably should have been training, sighing I jump off the counter and head back towards the training area River: after an hour or so of working on my form I actually start to work on my hand to hand fighting combat skills

Izzy-   walks around the trains  room waiting for Jeremy.. only to smiles some  thinking of what to do when he  come throuhg the door (( sorry i have not been  on i have been workign on my college finals))

Jeremy: I walk into the training area and fling an apple at Izzy, "Eat up" I smirk

Bellona: I was sitting on one of the high rafters in the training room when I heard the other below. I decide to watch them because I really didn't have anything better to do.

Izzy-  catches the apple and   smiles only to move my water and  has it wrap around  his feet" i will eat soon frist train" smiles at him  only to move and  moves in for a side kick in  the nack

Jeremy: I duck under her leg as she aims for my neck and knock her other foot out from under her "Aw you made me drop my muffin" I complain as she gets back up and goes after me again, she lands a couple punches to my ribs and I'm forced to move to the outside of her range and grab her arm, bad mistake, she flips me onto my back but I have just enough time to roll over onto my hands and knees and pull her down as I get up.

Izzy- jumps up and goes after him again only to move away  only and moves to wher i am behind him pulling him down to the  ground with me and i pin him there" give up"

Bellona: Just like I thought. Jeremy was quite a disappointment when it came to hand to hand fighting. He should stick to throwing knifes or shooting arrows. I roll my eyes and lean back on the rafter above then and take a bite of my apple.
