Re: Fantasy World

Breeze: I sigh "Half of them were drunk, Elvira, and they were starting to get some sick ideas. He was standing guard outside of your tent the rest of that night, he had to stop two of the guys from getting to you. When he did that, it was considered a challenge that he'd won. As for why he did it, it's very simple: he's one of the few people left in this world who are willing to put others before themselves." I tell her "I don't know about you, but Im proud of him for doing it." Farasi draws ahead again, and I tap Faeron's shoulder to let him know he can uncover his ears now."

Re: Fantasy World

Elvira- I sigh and sit there on Asils back as we strode on, thinking about all this.----Faeron- "good." I say when I let my hands down. "My arms were getting a bit tired."

Re: Fantasy World

Breeze: I laugh "Don't worry, your arms aren't exactly what you'll be focused on in a few moments." Shujaa: Breeze calls for a break and I dismount, but stay a little away from the others. I know Elvira must hate me now, and I didn't want to bother her.

Re: Fantasy World

Faeron- "What do you mean?" I say as I dismount.----Elvira- I get off of Asil and stay by him for a bit, brushing his mane and rubbing his head. I look over and notice Shujaa by himself. He looks towards me then looks away. I sigh and continue brushing.

Re: Fantasy World

Breeze: I wait until he's on the ground, then toss him a branch that's roughly the size and weight of his sword. "You'll be to busy trying to stay alive to worry." I tell him, holding my own stick at the ready. Shujaa: I wince slightly as I do some stretches. One of the guys had punched me hard enough to leave a nasty bruise on my abdomen, and it still hurts. But, it's worth it. I know Breeze can heal it, but I decided that dealing with it will be my punishment for claiming her.

Re: Fantasy World

Faeron- "Stay alive?" I say as I look at her a bit worried of what she's about to teach me.---Elvira- I look over again and notice Shujaa wince. I leave Asil for the moment and walk over. "Shujaa are you ok?" I ask

Re: Fantasy World

Shujaa: "I am fine." I look down "I am sorry, Elvira, I did not mean for what happened to happen." I say quietly. Breeze: I look at him "Well, are you going to attack or not?" I ask

Re: Fantasy World

Elvira- "No Shujaa it's...it's ok. You had to do something to stop them and I still thank you. So it's alright. And the you claiming me part it doesn't have to go through. It's not real." I say----Faeron- I lift an eyebrow. "Isn't it smart to let your opponent attack first?"

Re: Fantasy World

Shujaa: I look up at her "By the sun and moon I would never make you go through with it! That would be death for a girl like you! I could never do that to anyone, especially you!" I assure her "I have never claimed anyone before for a reason." Breeze: I nod "That's true in most cases." I do a quick turn, ending up behind him, my stick across his throat "But not in all. By the way, I just slit your throat and you're dead." I let him go, standing in front of him once more. "Lets try this again, and, this time, try to stay alive."

Re: Fantasy World

Elvira- "But in your village, will everyone think that I'm supposed to with you?" I say.---Faeron- I was about to say that she didn't really give me a chance but I stop myself. I charge at her this time, my stick raised and ready to attack.

Re: Fantasy World

Shujaa: I shake my head "I will just tell them that it was a misunderstanding, a false claim." I look down "Besides, everyone knows that I would never claim someone, I could not put anyone through that, I am never taking a wife, and they all know that." Breeze: I sidestep, lazily flicking up my blade to knock his from his hands as he rushes by "Come on," I chide him "did you forget what I taught you?"

Re: Fantasy World

Elvira- "Never? Why?" I say. I mean I didn't need a husband right away, but in the future it would be nice to have one so I could have a family.----Faeron- "Breeze you know everything so you know what I'm about to do." I whine a bit and swing my 'sword' towards her side.

Re: Fantasy World

Shujaa: "One day, I will take over my fathers position as head of the tribe. If I took a wife, her only job would be to have a son. That is all anyone would ever expect of her. In our culture, women are weak, they are submissive...and I do not agree with that. I will not make a status symbol, a means of continuing a bloodline and nothing more, of anyone." Breeze: I quickly block him "I don't know everything, or Rayne would already be dead and gone. I just look for clues. For example, when you shifted your feet forward and tensed, I knew you were about to charge. You use to much movement, Faeron. A little goes a long way." I flick my wrist and his branch is knocked aside and I lightly push the end of my branch into his gut. "I just ran you through the stomach. You will die slowly and painfully over the span of about three days unless someone puts you out of your misery. Again."

Re: Fantasy World

Elvira- "Well maybe you can change that one day. Then maybe you will decide to have one." I say.----Faeron- I sigh and shake my head in disappointment then pick my stick back up

Re: Fantasy World

Shujaa: I give a humorless laugh, crossing my arms and wincing slightly as they hit the bruise "I would be kicked out of the tribe. They barely put up with Breeze, and, even then, it's only because the Father of the tribes likes her as an ally." Breeze: I block him again, then pull a small stick out of my belt and touch it's end to his chest "Unless you're wearing armour, I just stabbed you in the heart and you died almost immediately." I tell him "Now, put your stick down. We're going to do one of my favorite things."

Re: Fantasy World

Faeron- "What?" I ask as I drop my stick.----Elvira- "oh come on they couldn't. Your their leaders son and your too much of a likeable person." I say.

Re: Fantasy World

Shujaa: I nod "Yes, they could. A woman was put out for her veil being blown off by the wind. They would definitely put me out of the tribe for changing something like women's roles in the tribe. Breeze: "Meditation."

Re: Fantasy World

Faeron- "Ok." I say disappointed. All one does is sit for meditation. Nothing exciting.----Elvira- I sigh. "Well nothing against your culture or anything, but I think it's a bit wrong with how they view women. Women are not weak. We are just as intelligent as you men and just as strong, in our own way of course. I must say I do not know what I would do if I was one of your women. I would be bored and unhappy, not being able to shoot a bow, control my powers, or be able to go on any kind of adventures." I say.

Re: Fantasy World

Shujaa: I sigh "Why do you think I want to get out of the desert so badly? I would never chain a woman to that kind of life." Breeze: I look at the two and motion for them to come and join us.

Re: Fantasy World

Elvira- I nod my head. "I understand." I look over to Breeze. "It seems like she wants us to join them." I say.----Faeron- I sit down across from Breeze.
