Re: Fantasy World

Elvira- I lean up and look down on him. "So you really don't know what a tree looks like? Not even a daisy, or a rose, or any other flower?" I ask.

Re: Fantasy World

Shujaa: "Does grass at an oasis count?" I ask "Because other than that, I have only seen desert roses, which grow on cacti, and even that is rare."

Re: Fantasy World

Elvira- I smile a bit. "For being a desert it counts. But where is this oasis at? Can you show me it too?"

Re: Fantasy World

Shujaa: "There is not one within walking distance, and they are all through the desert, you just have to look for them." I explain "So, what's it like, I mean, the forest. What exactly do trees look like? Flowers?" I stop and smile as I realize I'm sounding like a little kid asking "why" over and over. "Sorry, I'm just full of questions."

Re: Fantasy World

Elvira- I smile. "No your fine." I say. I look back to the west, where the forests were. "How far is the western border?" I say getting an idea.

Re: Fantasy World

Shujaa: "About three days journey on horseback. And that's only if it's a good horse, you don't get attacked, and don't stop at night." I give her a puzzled look "Why?"

Re: Fantasy World

Elvira- I sigh in frustration. He couldn't leave for three days and I couldn't leave for three days, leaving Breeze. "It's nothing. Just never mind." I say

Re: Fantasy World

Shujaa: I give her a look "You wanted to go there, didn't you?" I ask

Re: Fantasy World

Elvira- I couldn't lie to him. "Yes I did. I wanted to show you trees and flowers. Like how you showed me this." I say smiling some.

Re: Fantasy World

Shujaa: I smile "I could not go anyways, Father's orders." I sigh and get up, holding down a hand to help her to her feet "We ought to get back, people will be looking for us."

Re: Fantasy World

Elvira- I go to reach for his hand but then pull my hand back and get up on my own. "Ok let's go." I say going ahead of him.

Re: Fantasy World

Shujaa: I give her a puzzled look "You okay?" I ask

Re: Fantasy World

Elvira- "Yes I'm....I'm fine." I say then look at him. "Lets just go on back."

Re: Fantasy World

Shujaa: I shrug and drop it "Alright, but you are going in the wrong direction." I point the opposite way she was going "The village is over that way." I smile "You might want to let me lead, just a suggestion."

Re: Fantasy World

Elvira- I stop. "Right. This is your world. I probably would get lost out here." I say laughing a bit

Re: Fantasy World

Shujaa: "Probably." I agree "Anyhow, onward we go." I spin her completely around once then stop her, this time facing in the right direction.

Re: Fantasy World

Elvira- I stumble a bit then regain my balance. Then I blush a bit. "You didn't have to spin me around you know." I say

Re: Fantasy World

Shujaa: I beam "I know, but I knew any of my sisters would enjoy that, so I thought I would try it, to lighten your mood." She begins to object when I give her the look I use when speaking to one of my youngest sisters when she's being stubborn "You are in a mood, trust me. I ought to know, I have seven sisters."

Re: Fantasy World

Elvira- "OK yes I'm in a mood. A tired mood." I say then yawn. I really was a bit tired, but that wasn't all. I felt troubled and confused. And I didn't know why.

Re: Fantasy World

Shujaa: I knew it was more than that,  but I leave her be. As soon as we get back into the village Breeze walks up "Get your things together, Elvira. We leave in the morning." She looks directly at me "Shujaa,  prepare for a long journey, about a week or two depending on details." I give her a puzzled look "You wish to take that long of a trip in the desert?" She smiles slightly "No, Shujaa, we're going to Elvira's homeland, out of the desert." I stare at her in shock "But my father-" she cuts me off "Has finally come to his senses and agreed to let you come." She says swiftly "Now, go get ready you two, like I said, we leave in the morning."
