Elvira- I smile. "That sounds like something you'd do Breeze." I say. "So how far is it?"

"Well, that depends. We can get there quick enough if we do it right and with the aid of a little magic, but there's always the  chance that my magic do-hicky could fail and we'd be stuck between portals and..." I trail off, seeing the expression on her face "Oh, yeah, I forgot, they don't teach you guys anything anymore." I pull a disc out of my pack and hand it to her "This is a portal, I'm guessing you know what that is from what they call fiction and fantasy. It's kinda complicated to explain, and to create, but you get the general idea. Go in one place, come out another. It has rules, just like any type of magic, but it sure makes traveling quicker and easier."

Elvira- "Why don't they teach us about this stuff?" I say then look at it. "Come on let's try it."

"Well, lets get going, then." I take the disk from her and hold it in front of me "Fungua Sihiri Academy." A ball of energy forms on it's surface, didconnects, and expands into a person-sized rectangle, almost like a door. "After you."

Elvira- I nod to her then step through the portal. Next thing I know I'm in front of a large set of buildings. Breeze appears next to me. "So this is it?" I ask

"Some of it ." I tell her "The school is here, yet not here. This scool is actually in five different realms, it's all connected by portals, much like the one we came in." I explain "So, really, this is only a small portion of the Acadamy." I groan as I see someone coming our way "Not him." I mutter "I really don't want to have to beat someone up on my first day back,"

Elvira- "What's wrong Breeze? Who is that?"

Mornor: I make a face as I stare at the dead bodies of the thugs. "They were quite more useful then you would think," I say to Rayne then shrug, "But you're King so it's not my place to do anything against you." Rayne looks at me in angry for several moments then sighs, "You are the only useful thing I've put time into lately." He said. "I owe it to you." I state, "You brought me to life after I was left for dead." Rayne laughed at something, I didn't understand what, "You only understand what I have told you. They did not take your skill seriously. So I took you from your grave and raised you to life once more." ------ Rayne: I was lying through my teeth but it didn't matter. When I had raised Maenor from the depth of death I had made sure his memory was clouded or gone all together. Of course there were some little things that I couldn't get ride of. Faces and feelings. He wouldn't remember the person but he would remember their face. No. Maenor would never be the old him again. He would always be one of Darkness now.

"A little rat with a huge ego." I tell her simply, not going into detail.  "Just follow me and don't talk to anyone." I force myself to straiten to my full height, ignoreing my back's protests, and stride confidently across the Academy grounds.

Elvira- "Alright." I say and sigh. When were we going to get to this library?

I hear her sigh and smile "Don't worry, we'll get cracking on the books as soon as we see the headmaster."

Elvira- "Well will he be ok with me being on his campus? You've been here but not me."

"Anyone is welcome here in the pursuit of knowledge and understanding." I quote, thinking of the school's motto "Trust me, he's always happy to welcome bright young minds to learn here." I recall something "Oh, and one more thing, after we pass the front gates, your magic will not be accessible."

Elvira- "What? You didn't tell me that. What if I need it for some reason?"

"Don't worry." I assure her "You won't need it. No spells can penetrate the school, and healing spells can be done in the infirmary, trust me, you'll be fine."

Elvira- "Well it'll just feel weird I guess. Not having my magic like I usually would." I say following her.

"Yeah, it'll wind you when it happens, but you'll grow accustomed to the feeling." I take a breath and step through the gate. I only had a portion of my magic as it was, but to have it all ripped away again, well, not a good feeling.

Elvira-"At least I still know how without my powers.." I say as I stepped through behind her. Then it hit me. I could literally feel my magic being pulled away. I was surprised how strong it was and almost feel to the ground if I hadnt leaned against the wall their.

I grab her arm "You okay, kid?" I ask. I was a bit more accustomed to it than she was, I had forgotten how draining it could be. "Need to take a breather?"

Elvira- "No I'm fine. Just you were right. It does take the wind out of you." I say trying to laugh some.
