Re: Fantasy World

"Whenever we do." I answer "Sometimes we'll train as we walk, depends on the subject. Weapons, strategies, or outsmarting your opponant? Some we can do while walking, some we can't. So, the real question is: What do you want to learn first and when do you want to start." I ask "Like you pointed out, you're not my apprentice, what you learn and when is up to you."

Re: Fantasy World

Elvira- "Well I'd hate to ask you now; I mean your still hurt and I dont know how you could train me, unless you really think you can while hurt. But when we do start maybe begin with the sword?"

Re: Fantasy World

I nod "Don't worry, I'll be able to train you, just not as well as I usually do." I smile "Besides, it's not that bad, it's just my leg and one or two small things." I lie. I always healed fast, even without magic, so my leg would be completely fine by about the end of the week. I just hoped she wouldn't look deeper into it after I cut the annoyingly cumbersome cast off.

Re: Fantasy World

Elvira- I lift an eyebrow not believing her. "Alright then."

Re: Fantasy World

Mornor: I glare down at the man in disgust, "Not much of a soldier are you?" I say spitting on the ground in front of him, "Rayne will be disappointed in you and your... men." I look behind him at the group of ruffians that gathers around. Humans. All of them. They burned my nose with their foul scent. "I.. Don't worry! We'll just to a more thorough job next time!" He said nervously, "No need to tell Rayne about this... it was just one tiny mistake. A slip up... that's all!" I roll my eyes. What a coward. With a speed not even the fastest of beast had I draw a dagger and plunged it deep into his chest. Then with a distasteful smirk I ripped it from his skin and watched his stunned face. He gave a little gasp and shuttered before falling sideways. Dead. "Oops..." I say looking at the bloody dagger, "My hand slipped." I give a cruel smile then motion one of the other men forward. Draping my arm across his shoulders I gave him a good natured smile, "I'm expecting a lot from you, Rayne is also!" I say patting his shoulder, "Now, try not to mess up."

Faeron- We had ate and done everything Luna had said. "Now can we go talk with the spirits?" I ask her.-----Elvira- We had traveled throughout the day and it was now afternoon, soon to get dark. "Should we stop and make camp here?"

Re: Fantasy World

I glance around "No, we've still got about a good hour or two of traveling we can get in before we stop. When it gets to dark to see where we're going, then we'll stop. After we stop, we'll make a fire, get some food in us, train, set a watch schedule, and get some sleep." I look over at her "That is, if that's alright with you, I keep forgetting you're not one of my pupils, I'm not used to traveling with others under different circumstances."

Re: Fantasy World

Luna: I smile and pat his head, "We've still some things to do before we can talk with them Faeron..." I say, "Supplies to gather and a place to visit. Plus we must do deeper into the temple.

Re: Fantasy World

Elvira- "No that's fine." I say. I start to whistle the old song I had sung before, noticing many birds around. They start to fly around me and pick up the tune and they sing with me.----Faeron- "Alright." I say a lil impatient to get talk to them.

Re: Fantasy World

Luna: I give a small laugh as I see his frustration, "soon." I state calmly, "soon, I promise."

Re: Fantasy World

I glance at her out of the corner of my eye "So, you're a Singer, eh?" I comment with a smile.

Re: Fantasy World

Elvira- "Yes I guess so. My father taught me all the songs sung in the Kings court and I sing them because I love how they sound. And they remind me of better days...." I say trailing off and thinking of my parents.----Faeron- "I know it's just I'm excited to go there."

Re: Fantasy World

Luna: "Yes, most people are their first time." I say, "But you must realize they might not let you see them. They choice whom to see. They might not even choice to see me." I shrug, "I am at the will of their powers."

Re: Fantasy World

"You don't know, do you?" I shake my head "What do they teach kids these days?" I murmer, then adress Elvira again "Do you have any other magical abilities besides your power over the Earth element?" I ask

Re: Fantasy World

Elvira- "Know what? And what other abilities should I have? I mean I'm able to communicate with the animals, better than others who know how because of my earth magic. They seem to trust me more. I don't know anything else really."-----Faeron- "Why wouldn't they want to see us?"

Re: Fantasy World

Luna: "Because they are spirits." I say, "To show a mortal their true form and to give them wisdom... it could alter the plan that the universe has for that mortal. They must be very careful in their actions. It's because of this they don't usually see mortal, or let mortals see them I mean. In situations such as ours... were it's very delicate and one wrong word could change fate... it is only up to them. If they feel it is safe to give us wisdom then they shall."

Re: Fantasy World

"Have you ever wondered why you can talk to them? I ask "Not all those who have been gifted with power over the earth can speak to animals. When did you first start speaking with them? I'm guessing after you started singing."

Re: Fantasy World

Elvira- "Well yes. I was singing one of the very first songs I was taught outside one day and the birds started to sing and gather around me like a moment ago. Then I started to talk them afterwards. Soon I was talking to deer, bears, wolves, and any other animal I came in contact with. But now tell me what am I supposed to know? With the songs I'm guessing, with how you said they don't teach the kids anything anymore."-----Faeron- "One word can change fate...." I'd heard something like that said before. My mother had said it. 'One word, one action, can change our fate Faeron. You must be careful of what you say and do, for it effects your life. And you must live, my son, to protect our kind.' She had told me.

Re: Fantasy World

"A Singer is someone who uses songs and music to conduct magic." I explain "What kind varies from person to person. Your singing allows you to speak to animals, apparantly."

Re: Fantasy World

Elvira- "Well I've never heard of anyone really having that power. I didn't think to connect the two." I look at her, she seemed to be hurting worse now. "Look Breeze I can tell your very hurt. Can't I help you in any way?" I got an idea. "Like calling some friends of mine to help you travel?" I whistle out two notes, making them vibrate so they would go out through the wood. Through the trees came a grey horse and a large deer. "The horse is Shadowmane and the deer Duskfang. Shadowmane is a wild stallion I befriended a long time ago when I came through theses woods once. It was also then when I met Duskfang, lord of the deer herds you see here." I say then walk over to Shadowmane and whisper into his ear to be kind to Breeze and take care of her. He nods and walks over and bends down, making it easier for her to get on. "He seems to like you already." I say, getting onto Duskfang's back and rubbing his neck as a thank you. And because he likes it. I laugh as he makes the humming noise he always does when I do this, meaning it felt good. I look over and see Breeze hesitating. "Breeze come on. Either you get on or he'll make you get on." I say
