I see that the forest has caught fire and take out a square of cloth, soak it in water, and cover my face as I enter the blaze. "Hello?" I call "Anyone in here?"

Faeron- I grunt in frustration. "I'm always left out of the good stuff." I say as he races off. I run up to the people who are panicking. I gather them up saying everything will be alright. "Come everyone. I'll take you to the safeguard of the palace." I say leading the group there. When we get there I race off to find Mother Jenean. "Mother Jenean! The forest is on fire and Maenor says that we need those who can control water to help put it out!"----Elvira- A large crowd had suddenly came through the door. I decided help to take care of them. Some had burnt marks on them from the fire. These I put healing herbs on just as Luna and Maenor had shown me. When I was done, I looked out the window to see the forest burn. The earth, plants, and animals were my domain. It was as if I could hear the grass and trees scream as they burned and I felt sadness for them and the animals who were either burned or had lost their home. I had a bad feeling about all of this.

Maenor: I look around the blazing forest and spot the two children crying, "Stay there." I shot as I push my way toward them, "Don't move." When I had finally made my way toward then I strip off my shirt and wrap it around them. I then quickly lift the two kids onto my arms, I throw the boy on my back and shelter the girl with my hands, "Hold on." I say as I try to make my way back out without getting either child burnt.

I plunge deeper into the forest when I hear a scream and a choked cry for help. "I'm comeing! Where are you?" I get another scream as an answer. I run twards the sound, hopeing they weren't to bad hurt or anything. I burst into a clearing and the air is immediatly cool and clear. I glare at the man who held a struggling girl in his arms. "Look who's here! Breeze, dear, I was hopeing you'd show." "Let go of her, Rayne." I growl "I don't know if I want to," he croons "she's such a pretty thing." I take a step forward "Let her go," I hiss "before I make you." he smiles "Well, since you asked so nicely," he shoves her at me, setting both us girls off balance and toppling us over. He c***s his head to the side as he watches me struggle to get up "Is that little scratch I gave you giveing you some trouble?" he purrs "I had so hoped it would." I ignore him and help the other girl up. She was about 15 or so, the same age I looked, this was a lot to put her through, but I had no choice. "Head in that direction." I wisper to her, pointing twards Haven "When you get to safety find a guy named Meanor, tell him I need him, now. If he asks why, just tell him that Rayne is back." Her eyes widen "Rayne?" she wispers hoarsly "T-That man is Rayne?" I grab her shoulders and force her to look me in the eye "I need you to stay calm, or we're both dead, alright? Just get out of here and deliver the message." she nods and goes off. I look after her *I just hope she gets there in time.*

Faeron- Once I got done telling Mother Jenean about the water users, I race back to the group I had been with and see Elvira with them, healing those who were hurt. "Sister!" I say and run to her. She stands up and I hug her tightly.----Elvira- "Faeron thank goodness your safe." I say. But then I think back to Breeze. "Breeze, she went out to look for you. Did she bring you back?"-----Faeron- "No Maenor brought me back." I say growing worried.-----Elvira- I look out to fires. "Faeron you stay here. I'm going to look for her. She could be hurt or trapped by the flames." I say heading towards the door. Faeron begins to protest saying for me to let him go with me. "No. You stay here and help look after this group. Don't worry I'll be fine and back with Breeze soon." I say then leave, running into the woods.

"What are you doing here?" I ask, annoyed "Oh, just dropping by to say hello." I glare at him "Ha! And I'm the Queen of Irialistra." I retort "Why are you really here?" he smiles coldly "To give you a warning." he croons "A warning? Of what? You going to throw a hissy fit or something?" I taunt "You don't scare me, never have, never will." he laughs "Oh, such a brave little thing." he shoves his arm twards me and I'm thrown against a tree. Before I have a chance to slide down he's over in a flash, pinning me half-way up the trunk, eye to eye with him. "Bravery becomes you, just not when you're loseing, it's just pathetic." I smile through the pain my back screamed with "No." I tell him, then spit in his eye "You're the pathetic one." he growls and throws me a few feet away "You'll pay for that." he stalks across the clearing and pulls me up by the front of my tunic "You'll pay for everything you've done to me." he purrs "And I'm going to enjoy every moment of payment." "Why don't you crawl back into whatever hole you dissapeared to after I whipped your sorry butt all that time ago." his face contorts into a sneer and he snarls, throwing me to the ground. I hold back a yelp as I land on my back "Why don't you fight back?" he demands, then you can see it dawn on him. "You don't have you powers." he states gleefully. I'm careful to keep my face blank. *Where's Meanor when you need him?*

Elvira- I had left the palace and group with Faeron to take care of them as I went out to look for Breeze. "Breeze." I called out several times, but no answers. Some of the grass and plants hadn't been burnt yet and I could pick up bits of Breezes path as I went through the forest

Maenor: I had just made it out and had put the kids down in a safe place with people looking after them when a hysterical girl comes up to me rambling about Rayne and a girl who was asking for me. "Rayne," I say then look back toward the fire, "Breeze!" I send her in the direction of help and dive back into the flames. I hear the sizzle of magic but it's not familiar so I head in the direction. I burst into the clearing and easily deflect a spell that was aimed at Breeze and place myself between her and the man that I suspected was Rayne. "Am I late?" I ask with a flash of a grin as I look over my shoulder as Breeze, "Hope I didn't worry you."

Elvira- I followed Breezes path until finally I saw her in a clearing with Maenor. She was hurt and bad. I looked over and saw...Rayne. A flashback hit me, taking me back to the night my parents and grandparents were killed. He had been there. I had seen Rayne's face and heard his voice. 'Soon I will find you two again. And then you will suffer.' He had said. I watched as he threw another spell at Maenor and Breeze, which Maenor deflected. I jumped over the burning log in front of me and raced over to the side of Maenor. I look over to him. "Breeze needs to get out of here Maenor. She is not strong enough to fight Rayne now." I whisper. "Besides he's probably here for me, her, and Faeron. And I'm not going to let him get near Faeron or hurt Breeze anymore. You should take her and go while I keep him busy."

Maenor: I flash a grin, "Sorry sweetheart but if he's after you it'd be best that I hold him off," I shrug, "He's not to bad, I can hold him." I look over at him, "Get going." I tilt my head toward safety.

Elvira- "Fine. Just be careful please. This isn't your fight and I don't want you to be hurt over it." I say then rush off with Breeze on my back. "Come on Breeze. You know your hurt and couldn't have fought him." I say to her. I hated that I left Maenor there. As soon as I get Breeze back, I'll go back for him. I thought to myself. "Faeron." I shout out when I get to the palace. He comes over and sees Breeze. "Take care of her, I'm going back in for Maenor." I say. He nods and turn back to the woods, running back down to where Maenor and Rayne were. I could see around me some water users getting rid of some of the fire as I raced back. Well that's good. I get back in time to see Maenor get hit and fall onto the ground. I run over and kick Rayne before he can make another blow on Maenor. "Maenor are you alright?" I say helping him up.

Maenor: I stand and brush away the pain in my arm, "I told you to leave." I snap, "if he's after you and Faeron then you're just giving him a better shot at getting you." I step between Elvira and Rayne, "You need to protect Faeron and Breeze, when I said I could handle this. I meant it."

Elvira- I look at him. "Why do you want to fight him huh? This isn't your fight. It's mine. I want to fight him, to make him pay for what he's done. And besides I couldn't just leave you here. He seems to be a little more tougher than you thought so I'm not leaving you here by yourself to get beat around by him. I'll only leave if your beside me." I say

Maenor: I look her over then swiftly cast a spell that separates her from the battle, a spell which she cannot break. The only choice she had was to go back, "I'm doing this for you're safety." I say as I turn back to Rayne who smirked at me, "This is no time for revenge. If you are hurt or worse." I sigh and smile, "just listen to me alright... Faeron and Breeze need you." I press the spell back basically pushing her away from the battle. Rayne flashed me a cruel smile, "This will be done with before the last flame goes out." Rayne say as I draw my sword. I nodded in agreement, "Yes, and one of us will be gone." ------Luna: I sit up as I rip myself out of my nightmares. I had no time to waste, flinging myself onto my horse I shoot of into the distance but make it there to late. The smoke was still thick in the air but the flames were out. I could see it, the single clearing that had remained unburned and the sword that was stuck into the ground. My eyes closed in sorrow I make my way over to a Elvira, Faeron, Breeze, and Mother Jenean. "I wasn't quick enough." I say watching as Faeron drew Maenor's sword from the dry earth, "Maenor..."

Faeron- I drew out Maenors sword from the ground, watching as Elvira sunk to the ground next to his body. "Sister..." I said softly.----Elvira- I looked at Maenors body, tears threatening to spill over my eyes. "You idiot." I say. "I told you this wasn't your fight. You weren't meant to fight him. You weren't strong enough. I knew that and came back, but you pushed me back. Now look what's happened." I say my voice shaking and the tears starting to fall. "I had told you before that you had other roles than being a warrior. So your death hurts just as much as mine would have. People cared for you, more than you knew." I grabbed one of his lifeless hands. "I cared for you. That's why I was always there because I wanted to protect you like I could for Faeron." I start crying hard now and lean over and lay my head on his chest. "Is there nothing I can do to bring him back?" I say

Luna: I shake my head, "Nothing that doesn't involve black magic," I say softly as I motion for a few guards to get the body, "Nothing that wouldn't change him." I sigh as I help Elvira up and start to lead them all away but paused as I felt a dark presence. I spin around just as Maenor's body begins to fade, "what..." I whisper as I step forward and look around narrowing my eyes. The guards look panicked in my direction as Maenor's body disappeared all together. "My Lady..." One guard said shakily, "He... we could grab him."

(actually Rayne seems to have gone and the battle over and I think Maenor is dead)

I limp into the clearing where they all were, brushing off the stupid healers who were flitting around and clucking like a bunch of hens with their heads cut off. I look to where Meanor had been and go over to Luna "I need to check something out." I tell her "But I need my magic to do it. When I've done it, you take it right back, I promise." I look at Elvira, then look pleadingly at Luna "Please." I wisper "If not for me, for Elvira. I couldn't fight Rayne, and I had only wanted Meanor to distract him for a moment until I had a plan to get us both out of there. I didn't realise Rayne was that strong yet, though I should have. Now, Meanor's gone, I owe it to her to try this, please." I beg

Elvira- I turned and watched to see what Breeze would do.----Faeron- "What are you going to do Breeze?" I say, standing next to her.

Luna: I sigh and take her hand in mine, I smile at her, "You have become wiser about your magic," I state, "But you are not quite there yet." I sigh and feel a ruffle of wind as I transfer some of her magic back to her. "But know this. Maenor cannot be brought back from where ever his body disappeared to." I look around the sky, "A dark power engulfed his body before it disappeared..." I smile as I pat her hand and head toward the unburned forest that lay in the far distance, "You're magic and you're gods, believe in you. You are evolving. Keep what I've given you, just a small amount but it will be enough to find what you're looking for." I say as I leap onto my horse.
