"Oh, Faeron, it's you. You startled me, kiddo. I'm just avoiding people, danceing, pretty much the party in general." I laugh "If you haven't noticed, I'm not really a people person." I give him a smile "I'm fine, I promise. Now, I know for a fact you like parties, why don't you go and find someone to dance with. You needn't worry about a crotchety, anti-social old lady like me. I've been seeing a couple of young ladies giveing you the eye tonight, go and dance with some of them, I'm perfectly happy out here."

Elvira- "But why Maenor?" I ask looking a lil concerned for him.----Faeron- "eh I don't know what you mean. Why would girls look at me?" I say laughing some.

I raise an eyebrow "You mean you haven't noticed all those girls following you around, fawning over you, and flirting with you? Kiddo, if a girl blushes when you glance at her,  agrees with everything you say, and/or follows you around like a lost pup, then she likes you. As to why they'd like you, you are a young man with an apprenticeship to someone who can control all five elements, defeat master swordsmen and women, is older than their known ancestors, and a bunch of other stuff. Not to mention the fact that you are extremely sweet and kind, girls just love that kind of thing." I spot one girl eyeing him and smile as I see her blush. "Faeron, there's a nice young lady over there who I bet would love to dance with you, why don't you go ask her? I bet my right arm she'll say yes." I tousle his hair then fix it again "Go on and have fun, Faeron, you've earned a night off." I give him a push in the girl's direction "What are you waiting for? Go ask her."

Maenor: I smile kindly, "I have business to attend to," I say, "Plus I only agreed to the entrance and they know very well they can't keep me here. Don't worry, I'll be close and Breeze can always contact me on her communicator if you need me." I pat her hand and then wave to Luna, "Tell the others that I'll be back." I say, "And you. Stay here. no following me, I'll turn you back if you do and we will never get anything done. Besides they need all of you here." I then turn and leave. My horse, packs, change of clothes, and cloak are waiting outside for me and I leave at once.

I see Meanor rideing out "No fair! It's his party, and he doesn't even have to stay?" I sigh "Oh well, might as well stick around, if only to execute my 'great escape' later on tonight." I turn back to the party and smile as I catch a glimps of Elvira, danceing with a young man whom I know. *Completely smittten.* I think when I see the goofy grin on his face and the flush to his cheeks. *I'm betting he's going to try at least five different pick-up lines on her, just like he did on me the first time we met. Then I told him to ask his great-grandfather if he still had the sword his ancestor used in the war. He thought I had just seen it before and wanted to again, then his great-grandfather told him I had been beside his ancestor in that battle. Boy, was he confused. I would pay to see his face again, we got a good laugh out of that." I give a little wave to Elvira befor he twirls her out of sight again *Kids, don't know how good they've got it till it's to late to enjoy it."

Maenor: I take off in the direction of the valley. By the time the ball was over they'd realize I was gone, no doubt Luna and mother Jenean would be upset as my disappearance. Then Faeron would find the time to tell them just where I had gone. This would know doubt upset them even more but with the move on their hands they wouldn't be about to worry. I smile, Faeron was a good kid, he'd know what to do when the time came. it was just the matter of whether or not I'd be able to join them again, "I'll take out the main force." I say to myself, "Or I'll go down trying."

Faeron- I had walked up to the girl that Breeze had pushed me towards. "Um hi." I say a lil unsure of myself and what I was doing.----Elvira- I was talking with the guy who had asked me to dance, but my mind kept going back to Maenor. Was it strange that I worried for him so much? No he was my friend I could worry for him as much as I wanted. Suddenly there was a tap on my dance partners shoulder. "Mind if I cut in?" A familiar voice says. I look around and see Arodon, a great friend of mine that was a smith in Baldor. My dance partner agrees and lets Arodon in to dance with me. I smile up at him. "What are you doing here? Don't you have work back in Baldor?"-----Arodon- "I do." I say laughing. "But I was making a delivery here. One of my best costumers is a witch here who loves the daggers I make for her. She wanted a new one, so I made it and brought it to her." I twirl her to the music as I continue. "Then I heard this ball was being thrown partly in your honor so I thought to come see my friend. It's been a while since you've traveled to Baldor for a visit."

I see something in the distance and send the wind to scout it out for me. A swift breeze reports back. Suspensions and werewolves. "Which direction are they going?" South South-East. "Thank you." *South South-East? They're headed this way!* I look inside and scan the crowd for Mother Jenean *There!* I weave my way through the crowd to her side "Mother Jenean. There are Suspentions and Werewolves comeing our way, we need to come up with a plan." she nods and pulls me up onto the dias beside her "Attention!" her voice is magnified so that it can easily be heard amid the noise, the ballroom quiets immediatly "Breeze here has some important news, though I'm afraid it's not very good." she gestures to me to speak "There are Suspentions and Werewolves headed this way. They are about thirty minites away, so we don't have much time." Immediatly the gaurd takes control, picking some men out of the party to go with them. I get off the dias and head for the doors when I feel a restraining hand on my arm. "Miss, please come with me. All the Women and children are being escorted to the dineing hall, for their safety." I yank my arm out of the young man's grasp and look him in the eye "I am Pepo-Roho, mistress of all five elements and the art of the sword. Do you really want to cross me, boy?" His eyes get wide and he shakes his head "Smart choice." I run over to the captain of the gaurd"What's my position?" he hardly gives me a glance "Here's the battle plan, what do you think?" I look at the paper he'd given me "It'll do, sir." About  half-way outside to the battleground we had chosen I stop after the fifth time I'm tripped up because of my dress "Cursed dress!" I exclaim as I pull out the dagger I kept in my sleeve. I cut it off at the knees and slit the sides about half-way up my thighs. "Much better." I catch up with the rest "Ready."

Maenor: I spotted the werewolves from a distance as I was riding. "really." I say leaping off my horse. sighing I slap it's behind so that she runs off into the distance. I would be able to find her later. Drawing my bow I wait until the first wolf enters range before I start releasing. One  after another I take them down but the numbers doubled so I had to stop with the arrows and drew my dagger and sword, "Come at me you bloody monster." I yell spotting the head wolf. We lock in a battle. He slashes at my chest but I dodge and flip over the claw of another wolf. After a long while of fighting I take him down and press my dagger deep into his heart. Breathing heavily I look around at the bloody mess around me, "Damn," I say tiredly as I touch the gash on my leg, "it's bleeding a lot." I needed to check the rest of my body for wounds and find my horse before I could rest. Grabbing my dagger and sword I started out of the clearing. Something still wasn't right though. I look around the trees and curse bluntly. Tons of Suspentions. "I'm not in the mood." I say taking out my sword again.

"I'm tired of waiting." I run twards the suspentions and flash a smile at Meanor "Mind if I cut in?" I ask as I pull out my other dagger. I jump up in the air and flip over one. I twist into position and plunge both into it's head. Useing them as handholds I ignore the poison on it's skin and hold on. Gripping with my knees I yank out my daggers, reposition them, bend back until my back bumps it's, and bury my daggers into it's heart. I yank them free, twist in the air, and land in a croutch as it disentegrates. "Can't let you have all the fun, can I?"

Maenor: "If you call this fun." I say groaning as I point to my wounds. A few other soldiers take care of the remaining suspentions as I sink down next to a tree and look over my leg, "F**king wolf snuck up on me. Should have seen him coming." I touch my face and pull away to see blood on my face and a stinging sensation, "Is my face bad?"

I smile "You mean worse than before? No, just a few good scratches." I pass my hand over his face and heal it. I cut one of my sleeves off. I pull up moisture from the ground and soak the sleeve in it. "Here," I say, handing it to him "Wash your face off. Where else did you get hit?"

Maenor: "Just the leg I think," I say closing my eyes in weakness. no doubt the loss of blood. Curling my lips I whistle and my horse comes running. I had taught her well. "I'll worry about that later. I have things I need to do." I stand and head for my horse.

I stand infont of his horse and grab it's reins "No you don't, I can see the blood seeping through and down your pants. Before you leave, you're getting that healed. I don't care where you're going, you're most likely dead if you don't get that healed. Besides, I'm not going to let go of your horse until you do." I use some of my power to explain to the horse that he was hurt. I smile "Your horse won't budge until you do, either. So you might as well give in and go see a healer."

Maenor: I grumble and rub my face, "Yeah, alright fine." I say and jump down, "Give me that rag." I grab the wet rag from her and rub down my face as I settle back on the ground.

"Where on the leg?" I ask

Maenor: I raise an eyebrow, "Maybe were the blood is soaking through my pants sweetie," I say the grab a knife and cut away my pants so that I could look at the gapping wound that had sliced through my thigh. "Wow, That's deep." I commented as I poked at the three slashes. I point at a bit of white, "Is that bone?"

"No, Sweetie." I reply sarcastically "It's just a spot of white in the middle of your leg. Of course It's bone. What kind of a question is that?" I bring some healing fire into my hand "Before I can heal it, I have to clean it, and this is the most effective way. It might hurt, but It's all I've got other than my other sleeve, and it would hurt much worse than this."

Maenor: "I doubt anything could really hurt at this point." I say with a shrug, "I'm mostly numb."

I shrug and stick the fire into the wound. I don't look at his face, I didn't want to see if he displayed any pain. After a little bit I close my fist and put it out. I open my hand and put it back over the wound, now clean, close my eyes, and go into a healing trance. After I've restored his leg I come out of the trance, which I'd only been in for about five minites, at least thats what I guessed. "You're done." I tell his horse that I'd healed him "Your horse will follow orders now, you're lucky to have a steed that cares." I stand and give him a wave "See ya, have fun." I wince as the poison starts to work, it had a delayed reaction. I turn and head twards the others, I was sure to be needed elsewhere. I stumble once and right myself *Stupid poison.* It wasn't deadly, It just burned, a lot, but I'd live, I've dealt with much worse.
