Elvira- "Right lets go then."----Faeron- "Wait who's coming?"

Luna: I nod and grab my bag. Maenor: "Right." I say, "Lets get to Haven."

"I have no idea, with Mother Jenean it could be the King of the desert tribes or some urchin she met on the street." I give him a half-smile. "And yet, she treats each and every one equally. Haven is the only place where you can find a King or Queen sitting on the floor at someones feet and living alongside a person from off the street. That's just the way things work t Mother Jenean's."

Faeron- "Oh ok. Are we going to train any today Breeze?"----Elvira- "I rode the horse last time. Luna, Maenor which one of you wants to ride?" I say

Luna: "No need." I say opening the doors to the stables, "We'll all have horses this time."

"Yes. And I think I have the perfect lesson for you." I smile "I know you've been missing Elvira, so I'm going to let you see her today. How does that sound? You up for a little scrying?"

Elvira- "That's good then." I say as we walk into the horse stables.-----Faeron- "Really?" I say excited. "Alright show me then!"

Luna: "Pick one of those over there and we'll set out," I say pointing to the corner stable, "They are the fastest." Maenor: "Will you be riding Gazer?" I ask petting the soft mane on the black horses neck, "He always was the most loyal and easily the fastest." I see Luna smile, "Other then your horse that is." She commented, "You always could beat me at anything we did as children." I roll my eyes, "That's because you were hopeless back then." I point out, "But we can talk about that later. We need to get to Haven."

I head over and kneel in front of the common room's fire "When scrying, you have to have a place for the "picture" to form. Most people use something like a pond, a bowl of water, something reflective. But with you, we're going to use your element, fire." I gesture for him to come sit next to me. "Ok, first off, I'll demonstrate, I'm going to be scrying for someone very dear to me, who is also very far away." I gaze into the flames and slow my breathing, letting my eyes unfocus, and begin to chant in a song-like tone "Roho, Hewa, Mwako, Ardhi, Maji, Mimi kuita juu ya ako nguva ili kuona ya mosi Mimi angalia kwa sababa na ona wao wapi yeye simama." The flames seem to shimmer for a moment, then the picture becomes distinct. Mother, sitting in her rocking chair, a child on her lap, singing a lullaby. I smile and let the picture fade. "Now, Faeron, tell me what you observed."

Elvira- I get up onto a brown and white paint horse, who's name was Ancali. I had calmed her by using my magic to talk to her and ease her. "Are you two ready to go?" I say to Luna and Maenor------Faeron- I nodded and did the same chant as she. Soon I could see Elvira. "BreeE I see her! My sister! She's on a horse in a stable. Maenor and Luna are with her and they are also on horses. Now they're riding off, away from my vision."

I smile "Good, but you forgot something that will help greatly, my young pupil. Tell me, what did I do when I cast the spell that you didn't?"

Maenor: "yeah. Lets get to Haven as quick as possible."

Faeron- "Ummm...." I sat there for a minute. "I don't know Breeze. I thought I did everything."------Elvira- I nod and make Ancali go on as we headed towards Haven.

"That's alright, no one guesses it. You just rushed into it. If you want true results, you have to be calm, well, at least as calm as you can be. Try it again, but this time, stare at the flames, slow your breathing, deep in, deep out, let your vision unfocus. Be as relaxed as possible, take your time, close your eyes if you need to." I squeeze his shoulder "You catch on quick, I'm proud of you. Just try and be a bit more patient. If you slow down, you ought to be able to see her, even as she moves around or travels."

Faeron- "Alright I'll try again." I say. I was more patient this time and did everything that Breeze had shown me. Elvira's picture appeared again and this time I could follow them as they move. "There. I can see them moving. They seem to be getting closer to Haven."

I smile "I think we just might have figured out who Mother Jenean's guests are." I stand up and brush off my trousers. "Anyhow, we've got to get on with your training for today." I see he has his sword with him "You're doing great about keeping your sword with you. Now, on to your academics, you don't want to be stuck doing homework when you could be at a party with your sister."

Faeron- "Yeah your right. So what I'm I learning today?"

"Well, kid, it's my least favorite subject, mathmatics." I head over to the oaken table in the room and take a seat "Well, come on. This math isn't going to do itself, though I wish it would." Later that day: I smile as Faeron figits as we wait for Elvira to arrive at the gates. "She'll get here soon, kiddo, now, stop your figiting. Do you really want the first thing for her to think when she sees you is 'why is he dancing around like he's gotta go?'." I take a hard look at the road "Well, looks like you won't have to wait long, I'm pretty sure thats their traveling dust." I pull out my communication device and press the insignia "Hey Meanor, about how far are you from Haven? I'm going to guess about a mile, give or take."

Maenor: "Probably less," I say, "The distance your looking at is way less then you think. We should be there in... oh I don't know, ten minutes give or take a few minutes." Luna: I smile as I spot Haven on the horizon and sigh, "it's been a long time since I've been here." I say. Maenor: "Yeah, last time I was here was probably when I was just a small kid." Luna: I nod and we all push our horses a little faster.

"Welcome!" I say as they arrive. "We've been expecting you guys." I smile "It's great to see you, Luna. You to Elvira. I thought I'd end up killing Faeron if he asked 'How much longer' one more time. Anyways, great news, well, for you guys at least. Mother Jenean's throwing you three a ball to celebrate your arrival. I don't know why, so don't ask. All I know is that I've got to get dressed up, deal with idle chit-chat, and act like I want to be there. Mother Jenean just loves to torture me."
