Re: Fantasy World

I take out my pan-pipes and play. I feel the wind kick up about me, the answering thrill of excitement as it realized soon I to would be free. "Yes," I agree "I've been bottled up far to long." I continue to play, the wind pushing at my back, eagerly trying, and succeding, to move me forward. I take one step forward, then another. Soon I'm running all out, nothing held back. The speed I was going at before hand, thats nothing compared to this. I feel the wind pushing me, pouring energy into me, eager for it's soul-sister to be free. Everything rushes by in a blur *Not long now.* I think *Not long now.*

Elvira- "I'm not sure if she'll be there." I say. "She said she had to go to the Sisterhood, where ever that is." I say.

Re: Fantasy World

Maenor: "if she sent you there and said she'd come for you then she will," I say, "Witches of spirit are odd and have their own way of doing things but they are the most loyal Witches around. Plus they can see the future so its always good to have one around."

Re: Fantasy World

I enter the Fairy Village with the wind at my heels as the sun begins to set. I slow to a jog as I head for my house. Opening the door I say a word and the lamps along the walls light. I sigh and sarcastically think "Home sweet home." I'm packing my things up into my cloake when Mother enters. I slip a few more things into the pockets of my cloake, where they dissapear without a trace, before I turn around to face her. "What do you think you're doing, young lady?" She demands "Gone for over two days and you think you can just pack up and go away again? I think not." she tries to grab my cloake and gets burned by it for her efforts "How dare you!" she shrieks, clutching her hand to her chest "Young lady, you are not leaving this house! Do you hear me! I won't allow it! We are going to go before the elders, now!" I turn back and grab my bow and quiver, filled with arrows "No." I say calmly as I place them and other items into the cloake's pockets "No? I'll have you know I'm the head of this household." she replies hautily "And I as your mother command you to come with me right now!" I try to restrain myself but can't keep quiet any longer "You are not my mother!" I scream, tears of frustrasion, anger, and pent-up sadness streaming down my cheeks "It's just some title you and your ancesters have given yourselves whenever they come to care for me! I won't take it any more! I'm older than you, yet you treat me like a child! Do this! Don't do that! Do it now! I command you!" I yell "No more! I'm leaving, I've already decided, and you can't stop me, you know you can't." I slip the last one or two things into my pockets "I'm going to the elders, not to please you, but to make an announcment." I push past her and head for the village square (which was round, for some reason) I have someone I need to see before I leave. Someone who actually means something to me, who actually cares.

Elvira- "True." I say smiling. "If I may ask, why do you need to see Luna so badly?"

Re: Fantasy World

Maenor: I smile, "I have something to discuss with her about the realms of nature." I say my face getting more serious, "I'll tell you the full story late but me and Luna made a deal a long time ago."

Re: Fantasy World

"Mother?" I call out as I enter another house "Are you here?" I hear a low, comforting laugh "I am here, my child. Come and see me, dear." I run down the hall and around the corner "Mother!" I exclaim when I see her "My dear, Breeze, come here, my child." I step readily into the circle of her arms. *She's not my real mother, but I wouldn't trade her for the world* I think happily, then I remember why I am here and I feel the tears gather in my eyes "Mother," I begin "I wish I could say I have come for a simple visit, but I can't." I feel mother pull back a little "My sweet Breeze, you are upset," She wipes away a tear that had trailed halfway down my cheek "and crying. Tell me, whats wrong?" Her loving tone soothes my frazzled nerves "Mother, I'm leaving. I've come to say goodbye." to my surprise, she smiles "Finally, I wondered when you would get it into your head to get out of here." I look at her, confused "What?" she looks at me seriously "Dearest, I knew you were going to leave, I had hoped sooner rather than later." she makes a face 'Especially since Iris came to care for you. Let me tell you something, I never liked her, still don't, never will. To haughty. Anyways, your name says it all, Wind-Soul, the wind never allows itself to be enslaved, or contained, for that matter." she smiles and gives me one more hug before pressing something into my hand and leading to the door "Use this to settle some, ahem, unfinished buisness for both me and you." I see a mischeivious light enter her eyes "Be sure and give my regards to, well you know who." I head outside, I knew exactly who she meant, and I would be sure she got the message.

Elvira- "Ah ok." I say. "I hope we can find her I have some questions of my own."

Re: Fantasy World

As soon as my business is concluded and message delivered I leave the village. After a couple of hours I stop and get out my communication device. The first subtle hints of dawn begin to emerge as I press the insignia (which was my own personal mark for spells or even objects I had invented) and sent out the signal. I smile as mine glows, I know on Meanor's end it'll be glowing as well as sending out a musical sound. Either bells, the flute, the pan-pipes, or even wind-chimes *Then again, I've only used it every now and then* I muse *It may have all of them creating a symphony together, I'll ask him later. I may install that as an alert if it doesn't do it itself* I smile *Perhaps I ought to install an annoying, constant, high ringing noise, just for him.* I think, only half jokingly. *It certainly would cause me pleasure.*

Re: Fantasy World

Maenor: I was up and eating by the fire when the noise started. Looking around I pulled out the round communication device Breeze had given me... and well it was frankly ironic that it actually sounded like a breeze in the summer. Like when I was younger, smiling I tap the device with my finger, "Hello?"

Re: Fantasy World

"Meanor, where are you guys?" I ask "If you don't know an exact location, I can use a spell to find you through the communication devices, but I'd rather not. I haven't tried it before and I really don't want to mess them up on accident. I worked really hard to get them to work, not to mention the fact that they work over extremely long distances. Do you know how long that took?" I stop talking when I realize that I'm getting completely off subject. "Sorry, when I talk about my inventions I tend to get off-track. Anyways, are you going to be able to tell me where you are exactly, or do I need to use a spell?"

Re: Fantasy World

Maenor: "We are a few miles outside of the Gorda valley," I say tapping a map, "I plan to reach at least the Moonshine lake before we make camp tonight. Just meet us there."

Re: Fantasy World

Faeron- "Moonlight Lake? Sister won't that be fun!" I say running up to her. The lake was one of my favorite spots, with many good memories there.-----Elvira- "Yes, yes I know." The lake, the memories there were all good. But it was so close to my worst memory.

Re: Fantasy World

"Alright, I'll see you guys there. Tell Faeron, Elvira, and Kinrye I said hi, and to keep you in line." I say as I stand up "Bye." I cut of the connection and begin to run. My breath catches in my throat as I realize "I'm free." I breathe the words, hardly believing them "I'm free." I speed up as adrenaline rushes through me *I'll get there before them, won't they be surprised.* The wind lends me it's speed and the world rushes by in a blur. I smile and let loose a cry of victory, I am free.

Re: Fantasy World

Maenor: "Moonshine," I correct chuckling a little, "We should be there soon as long as we keep up the pace. Is everyone ready to go? We should head out."

Re: Fantasy World

I get to the lake in about two hours, a pretty good time. After I gather enough wood for a large fire I take out my kindling and set up the fire-pit. Reaching down deep inside I connect with the fire inside me. I smile and bring it to the surface, directing it down my arm to collect in my upturned palm. I reach down and place the flame in the center of the kindling, where it catches instantly. The fire taken care of for now, I reach into my cloake's pockets and get out a  square of cloth. I say a single word "Keyaire" and it springs out of my hand, unfolds, and assembles into a tent. With my shelter off the list, I walk back twards the woods. If we were going to have a fire going all night, we'd need a lot of wood, might as well have most of it ready and waiting for them.

Faeron- "Right, Moonshine. I get it mixed up." I say laughing at my own self as I get up my bag.---Elvira- I grab mine as well and motion for Faeron. "Let's go little one." I say

Re: Fantasy World

Maenor: I shrug, "Its a common mix up don't worry." I say and we head out. we reach the lake in by nightfall and fine Breeze's fire.

Re: Fantasy World

I come out of the woods with the last armload of wood when I see figures. Silently I place my burden on the ground and draw my sword. I approach and am about to challenge them when I realise who they are. "Well, you might have told me you were about to arrive! I just about cut you to ribbons before I realised who you were." I say loudly, exasperated. "You have to give a girl a warning before coming upon her in the dark of the night, especially if she is accomplished in the arts of serveral weapons, both blunt and sharp." I shake my head "Boys. Where do they learn about chivalry and manners nowadays?"

Re: Fantasy World

Elvira- I smile. "We're sorry Breeze." I say as we walk over to her.----Faeron - "Hi Breeze!" I say rushing over. "Did you finish what you had to do?" I ask curiously
