Ellie: I bring Xander back to melodys room only to did her locked away "really" I sigh exasperatedly Alexander: " it's probably better this way anyway" I shake my head getting ready to leave again

Darce: I look over Alex seriously then my eyes widen a little when I realise he had no clue of Melody's past, "She hasn't told you?" I ask questionably, "She hasn't told you anthing has she?"

Alexander: "she fears that I will become like this guy that I will grow hungery for power and just use her" I look at the ground then I stand up straight keeping a straight face to match "but it doesn't matter anymore the weddings off" I try to smile and wind up just turning and leaving "Fintan will marry Ellie, Darce will marry Kalina and I'm now engaged to Catherine" I say continuing on down the hall

Meadow- there was sadness in the plants. Someone, or more than one person, was in pain. I sigh as I start to hum again. I hear footsteps behind me and look. "Oh Fintan it's just you."

Kalina: I look at Darce for conformation "Catherine as in your Catherine?" I asked "But how, and Why?" Ellie: "Catherine!" I scream "Xander Wait!" I call after him "You're engaged to Catherine!"

Fintan: "Good after noon," I say with a sad smile, "Enjoying the garden?" Darce: I nod in worry as Ellie rushes out of the room after Alex. Melody: I walk to the window and watch Alexander strom through the courtyard with Ellie at his heels, "Goodbye..." I say softly and sit leaning against the frame, "You'll understand... one day."

Ellie: "Xander Wait!" I call "You're going to marry Catherine!" I yell "Why?" my brother turned around and I could already see the tears forming "Because I need a wife and better a wife who wants to be with me then chaining somebody I love to me who doesn't" he cries "I love her but I'm not going to force her to marry me if she doesnt love me" he grows stern "And Catherine would have dropped Darce to marry me if I had offered, so it is better for everyone, now she won't hate Kalina or Darce and she'll be married to the most powerful house there is and everyones happy right?" he asks "Everyone except you" I sigh "Don't you think you deserve to be happy as well?" I countered

Darce: I shake my head, "She's afraid to turn him into a monster," I say to kalina as I try Melody's door but its locked, "Its only natural to feel that way when its happened in the past and Alexander is man after all. He may think he won't feel power in it but that's like giving a king an army and telling him not to go conquer his enemy. Alexander is good to her, but he is only human and she sees that."

Ellie: "Everyone deserves to be happy" I whisper "Even you" I say turning and walking away.

Melody: My eyes felt swollen and heavy as I let them drift close. I could see my childhood? A dream perhaps? I was playing with a small boy who sent tiny balls of glowing electricity through the air into the water to make it sizzle with power... "Al," It was the younger me, this was a memory, "Al don't harm the fish! Don't hurt them!" I was crying and he looked sad... he promised her wouldn't if I played a song for him on my piano. The one I had played for the festival at school... He had always been his favorite. He used to smile and close his eyes as he listened... so sweet and gentle... Then He had came and told me never to play for Alexander again. So I didn't... even if Alexander asked me to I told him I couldn't and pretty soon He didn't even want me playing with Alexander... We became strangers...

Ellie: I didn't know where else to go, I couldn't head back to that room, and my brother was loosing himself in his grief that he's blocked out his emotions and feelings, givin up hope, lost his faith. Alexander: After Ellie left I went into the garden of the Hero's Hall, and sat by the fountain. I dipped my hand into the water, getting up I headed to the music room where all the instruments were kept and sat down at the Piano. My fingers floated effortlessly over the keys as I remembered every note, my mind subconsiously telling me the song. It was the song that she always used to play for me, before she drifted away, before we broke and fell apart and before the girl I loved became a stranger to me.

Fintan: "Hey there," I say finding Ellie and kiss her hand, "Everything go alright?"

Ellie: "No, I think I'm loosing my brother....again!" I cry "I thought that he would be alright but he's not he's breaking down, he's, he's Marrying Catherine!" I cry

Fintan: "Cathrine?" I ask bewildered, "Why on earth would he do that?"

Ellie: "Because he's not going to chain Melody to him if she doesn't love him" I shake my head

Darce: "I don't think thats the case," I say joining them in the garden with kalina, "She just afraid to turn him into the monster that is drawn to power. She fears that his human instincts will be swayed by the power she has and she doesn't want to see him power greedy and desperate." Fintan: "I don't know if desperate is the right word," I comment, "It's more of a lust for her power... in a way."

Ellie: I stare at them both with a look of 'really' "I don't care all I know is that she's breaking my brothers heart to the point where he's givin up hope of being happy and MARRYING CATHERINE!" I yell "Catherine of ALL people! He has to have fallen pretty hard to MARRY HER!" I point out

Darce: I nod, "You do have a point there," I say, "But to her.. In her mind she is doing the right thing here." Fintan: "Right thing, sure." I say rolling my eyes, "They are blind to the world around them because they are both head over heels for eachother. Havent you heard that Love can Blind a man of all reason?" I shrug and glance at Ellie. Didn't I know how true that statement was, "We just need a way to settle things. They need a little kick to get things going."

Ellie: "ya and before Catherine gets back preferably" I shiver "I can't stand that girl!"

Darce: "No one can stand her," I say bluntly, "So what's the plan?" I look over at Fintan who shrugs and looks at the ladies, "Have any ideas?" He asks
