Meadow- "Well next time i see him I must congratulate him."

Melody: I smile gently and her and nod, "is something wrong?"

Meadow- "Huh?" I look at her. "Well, it's just family stuff. I do have a question though: is there anyway you can transfer my sister from the human dorms to the hero ones?"

Melody: I pause and look at her, "She's human?"

Meadow- "No. i mean thats what I always thought she was. But over the summer, she apparently found her powers. I didn't find out about until my mother called me and told me. She said that Mercedes hadn't wanted anyone to know cuz she still wanted to be normal." I saw a confused face on Melody. "My mom says sometimes heros have to wait and grow into their powers. My mom said that's what happened with her and that's whats happened with Mercedes. She controls air, which is opposite of me since I control earth."

Melody: I shrug, "If she's a hero she has to be moved to the Hero hall so that we can make sure she uses her powers properly," I say then look at her, "You know what this means if she is a hero though correct? the terms of Lord and Shadow will take place and it will be decided which of you is the Lord and which is the Shadow."

Meadow- I look at her a lil sad. "Oh, my mother already explained that to me. Our way works with whoever was born first is the Lord or Lady. And well, that's me."

Kalina: I arrive at the school and am a littl nervous but I shake my head. I hadnt seen Darce in like forever, what if he didn't like me anymore? I quickly shoved that thought aside though. Think Positively! I kept telling myself as I got out of the car. My blonde hair curled naturally into almost porclin doll style curls with light blue streaks, I had it pulled back into a ponytail with some strands hanging out. My long white lace skirt with a short slip underneath hugged my legs smoothly and my sky blue corset like bodice fit perfectly. I also wore a white little shoulder cover. I glanced around and looked for somebody familiar.

Melody: "I'll make the arrangements then," I say with a serious nod, "As soon as possible." Darce: I walk through the garden of the Heros hall with sword strapped to my side. Though I was the better with the sword Fintan had done well against me today so I had a bruise on my cheek but nothing like when we had been children. Father had trained us and I had always been covered in bruises. The first time I had been presented to the Lord of the Houses and there Heirs I had been covered in bruises. Father said I had the heart of a true warrior. The Lord of Ice had enjoyed that as did the other Lords. They took turns presenting their daughters but there had been one that had been different from the others. Pausing as I look toward the enterance my eyes widen. "Kalina?" I say with a smile, "So you really did come?"

Kalina: I turn when I hear my name "Darce!" I beam with excitement, as I rush over and throw my arms around him "Oh I am so Glad to see you" I smile widely "It has been so long since we last talked, we need to catch up with each other"

Darce: I chuckle and hold her out to look at her, "last time we talked was when we where children!" I say, "I think it's going to be a bit more then catching up. We have a life time to tell about." I smile, "You look beautiful." I was quite awestruck. She had grown into a very beautiful woman.

Kalina: "Has it really been that long since we last saw each other?" I asked shocked "Well my life really hasnt been that exciting" I admitted "But I bet yours has been" I smile

Darce: I shrug, "Not nearly as exciting as you'd think," I say, "More normal then you think. Well until I came to this place. Don't you worry, you'll get your fair share of adventure here." I look around at the school. I sure did have an interesting life here.

Kalina: I smile "Hey do you guys have Ice Cream here?" I asked "I've been dying for some."

Darce: "Tons," I say and motion for her to follow, "this way." I lead her into the heros hall and into the kitchen then open the frig, "What kind would you like?" I ask motining to the tubs of icecream.

Kalina: I squeel with joy "Oh my goodness" I've only ever seen this much ice cream at my house" I giggle "Can I have some mint chocolate chip please?" I asked smiling "We can share" I suggest.

Darce: I smile and grab a bowl then scoop some in for her and hand it to her, "You have it," I say, "I'll just have water." Melody: I walk into the kitchen and look at the girl eating ice cream, "You are Kalina?" I ask looking at Darce who nodded then smile kindly, "Welcome!"

Kalina: "Well hello" I giggle "Sorry about not introducing myself earlier, I was just really craving some ice cream" I smile gently "I'm Kalina, Lady of the Ice, and it is a pleasure to meet you." I curtsy

Melody: I giggle, "No need to be so formal!" I say, "I am neither your supirior nor an adult. Meldoy, Lady of Music, Nice to meet you." I step forward and take her hand with a smile. Fintan: "Not her supirior yet," I say entering the kitchen, "You will soon be the supirior to all except Alexander. You must get used to the formalities, Lady of Music." I smile at Kalina, "Its nice to see you again." I say to her, "I promise I won't tease you this time." Darce: "It truly is a party now isn't it," I say rolling my eyes, "All we need is Ellie and Alex down here and we might as well hold a ball!"

Kalina: I grin "Ah Fintan, she may be my superior but I shall always be yours" I smile "and you better not make fun of me, my reputation has grown since we last met Lord of the Flame" I smirk Ellie: I enter the room and curtsy "It's a pleasure to meet you madam, and Darce Alexander has gone home for now he has some thngs to handle but he will return shortly" I smile plesently
