Darce: I was having an amazing time when I spot Fintan walk in with a delicate looking strawberry blonde attatched to his arm. I froze in the middle of the dance and cursed. I could spot that blonde hair and innocent face across the world because it had spend most of its time clinging to me during our childhood. Grabbing Ellie I swing her deeper into the crowd. Fintan: I smiled down at Cathrine when we enter. I had to say. She looked rather stunning in the slim-fit black gown she worn that drapped from a tight corset type sleeveless torso into an elegant wave of fabrics down her legs. Her hair was worn curly and natural except for the slight twisted bun on the back of her head. Heck if Darce wasn't her fiancee I would have gone for her. Everyone in the room seemed to turn to look at us.

Ellie: I freeze when I see Fintan "is that cathrine?" I ask "I thought she wasn't going to be comming til tomorrow?" I glare at Fintan "figures he would pull a stunt like this" I say taking Darces hand in mine. "Well I'm not afraid of him or her, and neither should you" I smile gently "No matter what happens I am here for you, I've got your back, just like you had mine" I lean in and kiss him on the cheek "and no matter what I refuse to give up without a fight" I giggle

Mercedes(I haven't wrote for her in a while.....)- I was standing at the entrance to the ballroom in my red strapless dress, waiting for Dusk. I had managed to convince him to come with me after he had said he didn't want to go. I told him it would be fun and that I would go with him. I mean as friends. I turned and there he was, walking casually up to me. "I was starting to think you forgot." I said------Meadow- I was having an awesome time :D

Darce: "Yeah," I say swinging her away from them anyways. It wasn't what I'm afraid they'd do to me, it's what they might do to Ellie that caused me to worry. There was this one girl that I liked when I was younger... And well lets just say Cathrine couldn't stand for that.

Ellie: "if you're that worried why don't we go out to the garden get away from anybody AND everybody" I suggest dusk: "yeah I'm here" I smirk holding out my arm "care to dance?" I ask politely

Darce: "No, no." I say, "We can stay in here. You're in here with your friends. I'm not about to ruin that. You're having a good time. Cathrine is fine. She had Fintan. Fintan has Cathrine. That's enough to keep the two of them preoccupied for awhile." I smile. Cathrine and Fintan didn't get along very well. they never have.

Ellie: "Darce your going to have to talk to them sooner or later" I tell him "besides nothing bad is going to happen, we can get through this besides Catherine cannot be any worst than my brother"

Darce: "Yeah, I'll talk to them" I say, "Tomorrow. After I spend the rest of the dance with you. Come on." I pull her toward the canopy type area and pour her a drink, "Lets just enjoy the dance, alright? No more Cathrine worries."

Ellie: I smile "no problem" we start to dance and I begin to forget all my worries. Not caring about anything, I spot melody and smile and wave completely oblivious to the guy standing right next to her

Melody: I give a gentle smile and wave to her then take the arm of my companion and lead him outside, "I told you i'd let you have a look at her," I say, "You know I can't let you do any more. Its my duty to protect her. You and I both know that, Alexander."

Alexander: I smile down at Melody "no it's my place to bring her back, take her back to where she truly belongs, but first I have to see if she still remembers her place" I say stepping back inside taking Melody with me Ellie: I'm dancing with Darce when I hear a voice behind me "well hello Elizabeth it's so nice to see you again" I spin around to see my brother standing there his bright spikes blonde hair still in te same hairstyle as I remember him from before his icy pale blue eyes fixed on my "Alexander" I whisper before instinctively sinking into a deep low bow/curtsy. My brother just chuckled "so good to see that you still know your place after all this time"

Darce: I step between Ellie and this new guy. I didn't like the vibe he was giving off. "Who are you," I ask dryly looking him up and down. He looked tough but I had spent many years practicing for moments when I would be outmatched. My duty was to protect Fintan when I am in Ireland so I always had my ability at top ranking.

Melody: "Alex." I say, "We can't do this here... there are to many students around and if someone gets hurt..." I look him over and then look at Darce. He was studying me now but soon his eyes flickered back to Alex's and stayed there. He obviously didn't think that I was a threat... Which I wasn't if I didn't want to be. However he looked like he might try and drown Alex at any moment so I slowly tuned down his magicall 'melody' which took away his ability to use magic. I did it to Ellie and Alex also. I couldn't let the students get harder because of this family reunion.

Alexander: I smirk "I'm Alex, I'm Elizabeth's Brother" Ellie: "Darce please don't get involved" I say still keeping my head down "Just like you are Fintan's shadow, I am...I am Alexander's" I admit. Standing up "My name is Elizabeth eClair O'sirus, Shadow to Alexander Nicole O'sirus" I say looking at the ground "And" Alex adds grinning "She's already betrothed, isn't that right Fintan" he says turning as Fintan and Cathrine join the group. My head snaps up in shock and surprise "What!" I say before I could control myself, my brother glares at me giving me a dirty look.

Darce: My head turns to Fintan as he nears and I scowl. What a group we had forming here. Cathrine: "Darce!" I say happily swooping over and rip Darce's hand from whats-her-face's hand, "oh Darce! You have no idea how much I missed you! But I have great news! Great news! Father agreed to the engagement! You're going to be my husband! And Head of the House of Water! Aren't you a lucky guy!" I giggle happily as I loop my arm through his and smile at Alexander. "It's nice to see you again Alex," I say, "You really need to come visit us again! Don't worry I'll be sure to send you an invite to our wedding!" Fintan: "What a happy reunion." I say with a little laugh, "Yes Alex. Ellie is engaged already. As are you and as of now so is Darce. Darce, Congrats btw." I smirk at my brother. He looked pissed but he wouldn't stay mad at me for long.

Alexander: "congratulations Darce" I grin. Ellie: "since when am I betrothed and... To whom?" I ask surprised my brother turns to me "you were betrothed when you were younger about 5 just like I was" he smiles down at Melody "and as to whom" he turns to Fintan "do you wish to tell her or shall I?" He smiles politely it was like a funny game of politics that went against me and Darce

Darce: "d****t," I hiss when I realise what they are talking about, "Fintan. You b*****d. Why didn't you tell me?" Fintan: I laugh at Darce's reaction and shrug, "Since when does a Lord tell his Shadow his business?" I ask, "You are to protect. Not talk politics." Melody: I look down at Elizabeth and give her a sad smile then turn to Alex, "we need to talk this outside," I say holding onto his shirt sleeve, "We need to take this where no one else is around. Not everyone in this school is trustworthy Alex..."

Alexander: "Fine" I say leading the group outside "We will take this to the Hero Hall, that way you can give us back our powers" I kiss her cheek as the whole group exits, he with Melody, Cathrine dangling onto Darce and Fintan leading Ellie out. We enter the hero hall and make our way over to the training Gym. Ellie: "So wait! I'm betrothed to Fintan!?!?" I question as we enter the gym. I turn and glare at him "AND YOU KNEW TOO" I scream "We probably weren't roomed together on accident were we?" I growl "and if you're my Fiance! then you probably shouldn't have been with any of those girls, You DICK!" I scream. My brother steps forward "Know Your Place Elizabeth" He scolds

Darce: I walk up to Ellie and touch her shoulder, "Fintan's not a Dick," I say then turn to Fintan with a smile, "He's an-" I punch him in the jaw and he flies backwards, "A*****E." I snap as I feel Cathrine hurry forward to pull me backwards. I let her pull me backwards. I had already crossed the line but so had he. Melody: I sigh and cross my arms, "You see why we had to move this out of the dance?" I ask as Fintan stands rubbing his jaw, "Boys. Really. Calm down." Fintan: Calm down? calm down!? "Piss off." I snap stepping toward Darce in anger, "I could have you exicuted for that SHADOW." I hiss the last word like a threat. He had just struck his Lord? He would get punished for that. Cathrine: I step forward and block Darce, "No, Fintan, don't," I say shaking a little as Fintan's glare turns to me, "I'll punish him. He is my resposiblity now after all."

Ellie: "No! You! Won't!" I step forward "We are in America currently and here you have no power or authority here blondie" I growl "so step away before I shock you" I glare "Alexander probably didn't tell you but I've always been the better user, oh and" I turn around and punch Fintan as well "you deserved that and much more, you pathetic piece of trash" I turn back to Catherine "now back off" Alexander: "Elizabeth!" I yell and she whips around "stop this now before I am forced to put you back into your place"
