Serena: Jeremy pulls out my chair and lets me sit down pushing my chair in and sits down beside me. He looks at me "I'm not really into these things" I says straight faced, and I can't help but laugh, he smiles a bit, the old him showing for a moment or two. Jeremy: I didn't know if I was supposed to eat at this thing or not, would it look weird if I ate, or normal, I never saw Death eat anything before. It made me laugh at myself a little

Mabelle: Dinner was wonderful. The best thing I've ever eaten in the Afterlife actually. once everyone had eaten I stand and welcome everyone as a whole and hope that they will enjoy the rest of the night. I had prepared masks and costumes for all of the gods and goddesses and hoped they would all take a moment to change and then join me in the Grand Hall for dancing, drinks, and a glorious masqurade ball. I take a step aside as the gods begin to file out with servents leading them to the costumes. Once in the ball and successfully changed into my long gown of red silk and black, gold, and silver lacings and a beautiful black lace mask, I make my way to the front of the room to watch the twirling gods. I nod to satin as he comes to stand next to me, "I hope your enjoying yourself," I say with a tad smile as I look over his costume. Traditional Victorian age dressings with silk and a tall powdered wig, "This is all to make the gods of my realm happy." Satin nods his head seriously, "I have heard talk of how wonderious this night has been thus far," He said turning to me and bowing slightly as a new song begins to start and takes my hand in his. He really was a handsome guy, this Satin. I blush as he kisses the back of my hand gently, "Do you mind if I have this dance?" He says with a little smile. I curtsy to him and he leads me out onto the dance floor and places a gentle but firm hand on my waist. I smile as we begin out dance and gracefully glide around the room, pulling everyones attention as we and two other couples twirl around in the complicated Victorian Dance.

Jeremy: I watched enviously at Mabelle and Satin as me and Serena danced beside them. I was dressed as Phantom of the Opera, a sleek white mask covering my face, Serena had a black corset type bodice on, a short white skirt and a long white lace overskirt with a slit right up to her hip. Her mask was the same as Mabelles except it was white lace instead of black. and her hair was up in a bun a couple ringlets falling out the back to give it this sophisticated but sassy alure to it. She was wearing the same black strappy heels as before. She was confident, I could see why Death had chosen her as his right hand. Half-way through the dance, Serena grabbed Mabelle's hand and manuevered in such a way that she fell into Satin's arms and Mabelle fell into mine. I couldn't help but smile at her well thought out plan. Serena: I fell into Satin's arms "Pardon my cut in miseur, but you really are an excellent dancer" A coy smile spread across my cheeks as he pulled me in and we continued dancing as if it was planned to happen that way.

Mabelle: 'Hi" i whisper as I blush deeply and I straighten myself. He places his hands confidently on my waist and we begin into the dance. I had been running over in my head what I wanted to say to him all night but now that I was here, His strong arms holding me tight, I was at a lose for words. A thing that only seemed to happen when I was with this boy... scratch that. When I was with this man.

Jeremy: I smiled down at her and held her close "I promise" I whispered into her ear "That I will never let you go again" a tear rolls down my cheek "Mabelle, I love you, I just thought you should know that" Serena: I smile as I watch Jeremy and Mabelle dance together, then I quickly focus back on my dance parnter and try to keep up with his fast pace moves

Mabelle: I smile, "Thank God," I say with a little laugh, "If you didn't this would be a little awkward," I slide my hand into his and pull him toward the doorway to the garden as the music changes into a gentle melody. I let go of his hand as we reach the balcony and reach up on my tip toes and gently kiss him then I gracefully went down the stairs, winked at him, and disappeared into the maze of bushes.

Jeremy: I laughed, and followed her down the steps, chasing after her as she disappeared amid the hedges of the maze. I followed it to the center and found a small little white gazebo. Serena: I watched Jeremy and Mabelle disappear into the maze outback. I turned to Satin "Do you want to continue dancing with me, or do you have some bigger fish to fry?" I asked smoothly

Mabelle: I watch as Jeremy walks up to the gazibo and step up behind me, "Boo," I whisper and the slide to the side as he turns and giggle a little as I dodge around behind him so that he can't see me.

Jermey: "You're sneaky aren't you" I laugh as I turn around trying to find her in the darkness Serena: I stare at Satin waiting for an answer

Mabelle: I pause so that he can catch me and raise and eyebrow at him, "Well you've caught me..." I say with a little laugh. Satin: I look over the girl and raise an eyebrow at her, "May I have this dance?" I say as I bow, "Even though you're friend has clearly robbed me of my patner I think you shall do just fine. Angel of Death."

Jermey: I wrap my arms around her "and I'm never letting you go" I whisper as I kiss her gently Serena: I take his hand "So you can tell what I am..." I noted curiously

Mabelle: I let him kiss me and smile, "Good," I say as I wrap my hands around his neck and lean in to kiss him when one of my servants appear. I sigh, "Yes?" He bows slightly, "A few guests are asking for you," He says blushing and pretending he hadn't seen anything, "They are asking for your company in the Grand Hall, several of your high ranked gods with a chance to dance with you." I make a face and step away from Jeremy with a regretful sigh. I give him a shrug and a sad smile, "Duty calls." I say. Satin: "I was the one that invented the title," I say dipping her, "It is my job to know the ongoings of the court. Why do you think I am the Mother Goddess's advicor?" Pulling her up I press her to me and we start in a fast tango.

Serena: I smile as we change rythems "I don't really pay that much attention to what happens in court, I just do what I'm told" after dancing for a little I commented "I wasn't lying when I said you were an excellent dancer you know" Jeremy: I bow "Well I pray that we meet again some time soon, My Love"

Mabelle: "We will," I say with a little smile as I turn to go and then pause and look back at Jeremy, "Hey, I love you." I say blushing and then head back to the Ball. Satin: I chuckle, "I am surprised a wall flower like yourself is so obediant to such a... rookie... Overlord," I say trying not to sound rude, "This Jeremy... Why did Death pick him over yourself?"

Jeremy: I make my way back to the ball as well, blending into the shadows Serena: "When Death was ruler I need not ever question him, he saved me in my time of need, he was my Savior, he saw something in all of those he held close, I don't know what he saw in Jeremy, but it must have been something worth while for him to name Jeremy his heir instead of me, I have no doubts that Death knew what he was doing, but yes i do sometimes wonder, why not me?" I say

Mabelle: The God of Lust asks me to dance first and I am swept away onto the dancefloor as soon as I step foot in the Gradn Hall. Satin: "I suppose we gods work in ways that are unknown to all," I say and then spot Mabelle back in the room with the God of Lust and sigh, "It's quite tragic, her situation I mean."

Serena: "if only you knew the half of it" I sighed "But I guess like the God's the afterlife also works in mysterious ways"

Satin: "True," I say as the song comes to an end and I lead her over to a table of drinks and hand one to her, " I suppose that's why the Mother Goddess has picked her as Heiress, Mabelle is clearly the best suited for the job. She didn't even say know to the arranged marriage that the Mother Goddess set up for her." I take a sip of my drink and shake my head sadly, "Sham that she has to marry such an oph of a god too. She truly does deserve a God that will worship and love her."

Serena: I place my hand over my mouth to stop from spraying wine all over, after swallowing I look up at Satin in shock "What!" I manage to get out "an arranged marriage...To Whom!?!" I ask
