Picture Poem This Forum Forever & A Day

It's been forever and a day since I have been here and active. I have logged in about three times in the last three years. I was tired of junk mail and spam. I do not know if it's gotten any better, but here I am.

I have been thinking about writing again. During these difficult days, it seems appropriate to take a little time to be creative. For me, it's been a very long time since I've created anything!

I took a stroll through some of my writings and what strikes me is that they seem foreign. I read and think to myself, "did I really write that?". I've written some good stuff; some not so good stuff, but I WROTE! Writing used to bring me such joy. One day, the joy stopped. Not sure there is a reason I can point to, but there it is. 

I am sure that many here can relate. Is there anyone here that is still active? 

Maybe everyone have moved on. If you are still here, maybe we can get creative again.

I've started a new contest:

Enter for a challenge. This used to be one of my favorite contests to create, along with the Picture Poem This contest. Maybe I will create one of those if there is any interest.

In the meantime, stay safe and if you are practicing social distancing and staying home, maybe I can help give you inspiration to get back into the writing craze.
