Re: a little creeped out this morning11 Years AgoMarie has eleven :) and Red Stapler twenty-something who else got special attention?

Re: a little creeped out this morning11 Years AgoYes- I had 11 reviews from this person, only on pieces that I permitted ratings on. Each time they apparently rated me 0/100. One even had TWO reviews. Coincidentally, 11 visits from San Jose, California.

Re: a little creeped out this morning11 Years Agoi guess the question is, do we feel punished? lol

Re: a little creeped out this morning11 Years AgoIt is amazing the power that some wield over others. I wish I had the ability to intimidate 11 people to give me 11 fabulous reviews... or to ask people to trash the ratings of another writer out of personal spite. Some us us actually do use those ratings to tell us where we can improve, and what we are doing right, as a WRITER. We are not here to play games. This group is not a game, either. This group is about positively lifting up underappreciated writers. It poses no threat to anyone. If the attacks are coming for being part of the group, the question, seriously, becomes, "why?"

Re: a little creeped out this morning11 Years AgoBecause some people around here take this place as a popularity contest.
|
|
Re: a little creeped out this morning11 Years AgoI was never very good at being popular, so why are we being punished for being un-popular?

Re: a little creeped out this morning11 Years AgoI hear in some places, it's a crime to not fit in. BTW... your friend just talked me into not bailing yet. Wonderful, wonderful human being, that one. If you put him on my trail, Emily... thanks.

|
Re: a little creeped out this morning11 Years AgoDon't bail.
Games are for children. Well, also the elderly; like Bridge, Shuffleboard, and Hide The Hearing Aid. OK, games ARE also for adults; like Pictionary, Poker, and Pass The Pipe.
Never mind.
