Lonely Writers Blog Group Forum Rant and brag

Rant first: well a friend of mine lost her place, so I let her stay with me. Well I am now climbing the walls because I can not write while some one is in the room-AND SHE NEVERS LEAVES THE ROOM. sO i HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO WRITE!!!!!!! Ok rant over  Now  last thrusday Ashley was playing out in the yard and got a piece of wood stuck in here eye. Well Friday I had to take her to the hospital to have it removed. Well throughout the whole 12 hour ordeal she never once complained She  stood still the whole time. :D

well, I am not sure if I can brag right now, but now my dad is starting to get into writing. Since he is new, he has me as a guide. "a PEER MENTOR". At this point, I just don't want to overload him with what he is doing incorrectly. (I  don't want to break his spirit, for this way, I can (someday), I could feed off him as an example.)
He isn't having much trouble with writing, but me on the other hand, I cannot be so loose. He just goes in. I sort of need to have an idea in order to jump in.

I should try to get some writing done... or reading done for "The Hobbit" by Tolkien or from a different book.  I don't know, anyone--make a suggestion? What should I try?
