Halloween....anyone dressing up?

Is anyone dressing up on Wednesday? I love Halloween! I'm going to do my usual, since I have to work...wear my cat ears. I might draw whiskers, etc..but I usually just wear the cat ears.

It's silly, but fun. Some people laugh and comment that they wanted to do something, but were too embarassed, and the other stuffy old grouchy farts complain that its for kids, and I look silly.

;)

Anyone else going to be "silly"?

I suppose I could get naked -- That's always silly. Scary too.

I'm dressing up as Tinkerbell. I wasn't going to since I'm sick and was suppose to take my neighbor's kid out Trick or Treating, but since her mom got the night off and is able to take her I'm gonna go ahead and dress up since all I gotta do is open the door to give candy. ^.^ I love my Tinkerbell outfit, if I'm feeling good this time of year next year I might wear it again going out. I've been wanting to be Tinkerbell for 4 years and finally I get the chance to be so I'm happy about it. :D

I dressed up Saturday.  MY girlfriend and I went to Raleigh to some club and they were having a costume night.  I spent over $50 for an costume which invluded a professional latex mask that has to be pasted to your face but decided against it last minute.,  Instead I just work black shoes, black pants, my skull belt buckle, a black shirt and painted my face up like a voodoo witchdoctor.  That was very last minute.

Wednesday we're going to a halloween potluck and I'm dressing up as a Starbucks barista zombie since both the hostest of the party and I work at Starbucks I thought it'd be kind of fun.  Thanks to youtube.com I found some really cool tips on how to use liquid latext to make open wounds and festering skin etc.  Much cheaper than I paid for that damned costume.

By the way, if anyone wants to buy a Grim Reaper costume I'm selling it!  Never been worn!

Sounds like great costumes! Noone here at work is doing anything. Last year a few wore those sweaters with Halloween decorations on them, but that's about it. Does anyone remember what they dressed up for when they were kids?

Some of my favorite ones were:

Wonder Woman

Genie from I Dream of Jeannie

Cat Woman-(go figure!)

One year, I even went as a....get this.....WRITER. Geeky arent I? lol Practically everyone asked who I was supposed to be...a couple guessed right. Im trying to remember what exactly I wore...I know I had a pencil behind my ear...yeah, anyways, I was not creative that year. ;)

I may dress up as a witch, boring I know,  but I spent ages making a hooded cape for that one, so what the hell.  The kids like it when they come to the door for their sweets/ candy.  Besides, not all witches where stockings and suspenders under their skirt, lol.  Well it is my wedding anniversay, so who knows, maybe this witch will get lucky, hehehehe.  XX

That reminds me...a lady here at work commented that she would dress up tomorrow if she could find a B***h costume. I laughed with her, but I was thinking, "In other words, you're looking for a costume of yourself?" Oh the irony.....
