Lonely Writers Blog Group Forum September and writer's block ..
September and writer's block rant17 Years Ago I hate the heat of Arizona, but September is the worse! You have to turn on the heat and the morning and the air in the afternoon.. Also I have writer's block ! I can't seem to get my thoughts to line-up and stand still, long enough for me to write the down.

[no subject]17 Years AgoSame here! My furnace runs at night and I have to turn it off during the day - blah. I hate writers block! I can't get a thought in my head to run straight until I lay down to go to bed, then they all come running in at once. So I have to get up and write haha. Crazy. I hope your writers block lifts soon :-) |

[no subject]17 Years AgoThank god, I thought I was the only one having writer's block atm. >.< I've been working on a story and a song and neither of the damned things are getting anywhere because my muse has just scampered off to god knows where. Anyone wanna trade muses? :D
Here (Monterey, CA) I have to have the heat on all night and during the day I have to open my windows (don't really need AC here atleast, but it does get hot). It's a little weird because last year I moved here from Hawaii and in Hawaii I had my fans on 24/7, never had the heat on, and had no need to even think about an AC, but then I move here and bleh. It's either too hot or too cold, never just perfect. |

[no subject]17 Years AgoHehe, well, I did have writer's block for ages, but now that I don't. I have no computer to write them on! Ironic how life helps out sometimes, (Gd, I listen to too much Alanis Morrisette) TUT! XX

[no subject]17 Years AgoI wasn't entirely sure if I had "writers block"
Oh----I haven't penned stories down in such a long time. I don't even have the time (like literally). I am getting crazy ideas though. I need a camera for that. I been trying to capture a different writing style too. Besides what College is requiring me, I am trying to learn poetry (or force myself too)--bc I can. You need to ask yourself questions about the piece you are writing about. More you can provide information and the more detailed, the less work you will have to do when you run into a "ditch". Mainly, you want to get your ideas down on paper so you have something to work with. From there, it will allow you to use that same information that you have extracted and be able to contemplate about it. Also fill in the blanks. It helps. I am sure. I haven't entirely tried it yet. (I seem unsuccessful getting a good foothold through a story). |

Instead of writing on the story Unknown Lover A completely different story came out. |
