Challenge # 14...Links

Hello everynone,

I want to first apologize for the delay in getting this week's challenge out to you. Due to health issues and the site being sluggish, I have had a time being on top of things at the Cafe. I also like to thank all who submitted works for challenge #13. I hope you each had a wonderful Independence Day.

Now, on to challenge #14. Feel free to pick and choose which you would like to write and submit. For all who are new, you do not need to complete ALL the challenges unless you wish to do so.

Part A is "With These Three Words" challenge. I will assign 3 words that you must use in your haiku/senyru EXACTLY as you see the word, BUT in order you choose to use them. Your three words are:

1.) Twine
2.) Demarcate
3.) Flaccid

Part B is a photo challenge. You must write a haiku/senyru based on the photo below:

Part C is a alliteration challenge. You must write a haiku/senyru using the letter K.

Part D is a challenge that you must write a tanka about a emotion without stating what that emotion is.

Next's week challenge will be filled with new styles and ideas, so heads up. We will starting next week, blend into our current challenges writing Naga Utas, Dodoitsus, and many more rarely seen Oriental styles of writing. I will post examples of this new styles so do not worry about not knowing how to write in these styles. We are taking this group to the next level, I have faith that you each are more then ready and will do just fine. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me anytime.

As always, the first person to submit their work will be featured for a week. Please, leave a link to your work in the group thread titled "Challenge #14" as well as add your submission to the group's library.

Sincerely,
Yira Simone (Catrina)

P.S. Photo did not come out for this post. Please refer to your PM or ask me to send it to you directly.

Part A:

Twix and twine the limbs
Within the demarcate of time
The flaccid hues are

Part B:

Snow drawn morning sketch
Frozen Icicles bend the trees
A river runs through
