Well since I just joined and nobody has posted...Hi, my name is Lisa Caldwell aka Vicious. Obviously for safety reason I can see why people don't post their real names, but as writers I think it somehow solidifies our work. Maybe it's just me.

I use Lisa Vicious, well I started using pen names because I hated my maiden name, I was embarassed. Now I don't mind so much!

Anyway let's start chattin' it up!

I use my real name, but not my last name. Rosa Sophia is my first and middle, so that's still my real name. I guess I just don't like the way my first name sounds with my last name. And as much as I love "Catcher in the Rye," I can't help but feel strange when people say, "OH, like Holden Cauffield?" or when I'm just thinking about my name in general and how it relates to that book.

I like the flow that my first and middle name possess. Not quite sure why. Lisa Vicious... talk about an awesome penname.

I never really used a pen name more for the fact that I'm paranoid of someone stealing my work than for pride.

Jack is my real name and E is my middle initial.

But please. Don't call me Jacky or any other clever form of my names or initials.

:D

I'm like Rosa... Even though people ask me often what's my name. I just have a very long middle name that I'm now kinda proud of (not intentionally named after the queen...that was kind accident)...Last name, Ashton, like Demi moore's guy. I'm thinking about this being my pen name because at the moment i'm almost sure I'm one, if not the only Angel Marie Antoinette (I hope at least).

I use my real name, first and last on writing sites. I just feel that I have more connection to my writing if it has my name on it as the author, other than some other name I've come up with.

And I don't like my middle name very much. Leanne Margaret doesn't have the same ring to it :P

When I first started writing I used AMB but began to use my full name when I felt more confident of my work....But I still feel that noboby shouldnt know who I am.
It is the mystery of not being known

I usually just go by Henry, but when it comes to my writing I must have my legal name tacked to it. I used to write briefly under the pseudonym Ashes (how dramatic--I was in eighth grade) and then again as Ashley Hempfield--as a joke. Now I'm just plain ol' S. A. Heistand. First initial, middle initial, German last name. I would've put just my first name in full and last name, but then I looked to J. K. Rowling and J. D. Salinger... And wished to have same formality. It just...looks better to me? And, well, it is safer. On the Internet, at least.

It's ten minutes to midnight. I'm not sure if I've been rambling or not.

Anyway, my friends just call me Henry.

My name is Ryanne Garwood. I used to use a pen name of Raven Darkstar but as I grew older I changed it to Night Sky. I still use Night Sky a lot and I use that name for many of my main characters with my writing.

That's me, JC.

I got tired of everyone asking me, "are you related to that Jim Baker? (former televangelist or secretary of state or any of a number of Jim / James Bakers.)"

Duh.

Yeah, I'm the brother of one and the half-step-neighbor-in-law of another.

In November of 2004 I shaved my head and started using J.C. Baker. My real initials for my real name.

Please comment on my writing!

I write under the Irish form of my name, sometime, when Ive mastered my native language I'll use the Gelic as the main format of the name, but it is legally equivalent to the Englsih form in Ireland.
