Out of curiosity, how do you pick out names for you book or story?

For me, I usually have an idea of the letter, then I go to a baby name site that I googled and go from there. I look at the meanings behind the names as well.

I try not to pick popular names unique names, just as long as you can pronounce them.

Minor characters I just click a random letter and close my eyes and click on a random name.

Do you do anything different.
