Get out your daily troubles and things that are just really eating at you.  Writing can be a big help, but sometimes you just need to put it bluntly so that you won't get mad when people don't understand, not that it's not their fault.  I can start.
I have a bunch of tests and I seem to be losing strength and focus in everything I do.

I've been feeling down too... What is it... that's part of your tests that's stressing you? Or rather, how often do you catch yourself losing strength?
