What are some examples of dualism that you've put into your work?

I use dualism constantly in my writing, both consciously and unconsciously. I think it allows me to explain the interdependency in dualistic concepts like light and dark or nature and society. It allows the reader to understand and go beyond our language's highly dualistic thinking and realize the dependent nature of all life/writing/thinking/etc. Opposing concepts should be and/or and not vs. Awww ya, stay anti-dual!
