Yes, we can, I think. Upper left hand corner of tabs, there is  Group, Members, Writing. Click Writing and you can add your desired work. I did so. I'm not sure why it isn't showing up on the main group page. Maybe that is a setting for the group moderator?

@Nutmeg I've poked around a bit and it's open for members to post works, but I don't see a setting where it forces it to the front page. Doing this on PC is SO MUCH BETTER than on mobile so perhaps I will find a new setting window that I did not have before.

@Prague You have to upload them to your own profile first, then choose them to be here in the Writing tab, where is where you also find the other works and can comment or review. If you are on the mobile version, it is very difficult to navigate Groups on this site as it's made for PC browser.

I would love to post my work but I'm not finding it either. It's usually quite easy to post in groups on here. I do it all the time.
