All Things Writing Forum Writing Environment

In my home, there’s a small room directly to the left from the entrance. It is quiet, warm and light; cozy enough to snuggle up on a small sofa with Matcha Latte and some snack. I spend hours writing in here amongst books and old vinyls just laying scattered - it is my favorite place. I need the plants and flowers around me, whenever I get writers block they help, just by looking at them. I feel incredibly relaxed and fresh-minded, I can’t quite explain why. I need a clean space, which is why I make sure my desk is always clean or else my mind get cluttered and distracted the moment I sit down. The rest of the room doesn’t matter much if it is clean or not. I also need quiet...no distractions. No one asking questions, no interrupting or I loose all focus. Those are my crucial three... Do you have such a place to escape and write? What does it look like? Or how would you like your ideal writing space to look like?
