Add-a-recipe Cookbook Forum Corned Beef Ball

If  My Aunt knew I was putting her secret recipe on here she'd kill me!Lol This is a family tradition at out homes at christmas time. We make an appitizer called "The Corned Beef Ball" If you go to a christmas party and have to bring a dish to pass this is the one to bring. Always a hit of the party. And ladies, my guy friends were fighting over it!

Here is what you need to make this yummy treat:

2 packages of corned beef.

1 package of Philladephia Cream Cheese "Has to be Philly"

1 Onion

1 Contanier of Mustard

Directions:

Cut up all of the packages of corned beef into really thin pieces.

Next, mush up all of the cream cheese until it is soft.

Add the corned beef, and add a table spoon of mustard.

Chop up the onion fine.

You only need 1 cup of the onion.

Mix it all together, and shape it with your hands to make it into a ball. Buy some crackers to go along with the dipp! It is a garnteed hit of the party! Good luck!
