Good point Gayna. I guess my wife and I have several months left to figure it out. We should certainly consider that. We have friends who now have a 16 year old. The mother had planned on taking the father's name when they married, though, believe it or not, she just never got around to changing her name on everything so she ended up keeping her maiden name and now here she is 17 years later with a different last name than her husband and kid. Oh, these modern times :-)
