The human mind is truly the scariest in the world,
It is far too vast and capable of feeling
For an organ the size of two fists

All of our synapses and hormonal releases
Are poems, are songs,
Are the pit in your stomach when somebody leaves,
Are the tears of laughter with a friend,
Everything so raw that is all the emotion we know and cannot even comprehend,

Is pure electricity.
Is chemical, is fundamental substances of everything on Earth.

And imagine- 7 billion minds, all changing,
All at subconscious war with each other and our ideals and our philosophies,

And I wonder that if the world crumbles,
If it will be from the inside out-

Everything in life that we see and taste and remember and know
All of our hatred and love and fears and regrets and dreams

In the size of two fists.
Each as deep and vast as the next.
7 billion double-fist size destruction machines of pure feeling and pure science all at once.

It's terrifying.

"The human mind is truly the scariest in the world."

At least, that's what my mother told me when I destroyed yet another table using my abilities. It is was just like the other times- I didn't even try and I didn't mean to it just sort of....happened. I wanted to pretend I was a sensei or karate master of some kind and I just thought of the act of smashing the wood in half with my bare hands- how wild is that though, think about it! I mean as a kid it seemed magical and superhuman and as a superhuman kid, it still feels superhuman but slightly more possible because you are superhuman yourself.

So I tried it. But of course, things turned out worse than I wanted them to. I've gotten used to that kind of outcome, but one thing I would never get used to is my parent's reactions.

You know when they give you that look? Not the "you're in big trouble young lady" look but the "Why can't you just be normal" look? Or maybe not because you're most likely normal yourself. But for me, a 12-year-old weapon of mass destruction ready to detonate every time I think of anything, it's a common fear I have. So yeah, I not only wrecked an antique hand-carved wooden table from Belgium but the television was sliced in half.

And the couch.

And the wall had a huge hole in it.

And another hole in the middle of the floor where the table used to be.
All because I had a small glimpse in my head of what would happen if I was a karate master.

I wish I didn't have to think. I wish I could just, exist, ya know? So many people wish they could be creative and witty and imaginative but honestly its just hell. The hell people fear when they die is nothing compared to the hell inside my head. And yes, that hell is filled with rainbows and marshmallows and soft fluffy things most of the time but the minute something on the contrary pops in, that's all I see, and that's all that appears in the real world. Why? Because the human mind is a scary thing. It truly is. But mine is the scariest of them all.

The human mind is truly the scariest in the world. We create just as much as we can destroy. Have you ever wondered why it is so much easier for us to bring down a tree than to grow one? Or how easy we can kill all life, than make it anew? It is the human mind that has thought of everything you know. Every visual, every concept, every piece of our societal life is governed by a mind. Even the very words I use are from a mind long ago. As one of these minds, you know the thoughts that run through it. The dark, evil little secrets you keep. The immoral side that creeps when you see someone or something you want to violate. Do you honestly think those that make our laws and enforce them are above such things? That our leaders are immune? You would be a fool if so. In mass, we all love to preach peace and equality, but deep down our minds say otherwise. The ignorance kicks in and our true faces are revealed. The devil resides in all human minds. There is no place for a god in such a vile space. The world is controlled by a collective of fragile brain tissue and blood. So remember, that behind every rebellion, every war, every gun fired, every spark of a bomb, every act of violence, every murder, every life taken, there resides a human mind.

The human mind is truly the scariest in the world, but it is also the sexiest. It truly can be scary but it can also be sexy. Scary and sexy, two adjectives that may not go along together but in my story it can be. Me and my brother just finished eating. I was drinking my favorite Thai Tea with boba when I saw the most beautiful lady I’ve ever seen. My lower body felt weird - butterflies in my stomach flew wildly, the lion in me is being awaken. “Alright bro. You go ahead and go home. I will approach this girl.” I said confidently and with a little bit of hesitation. As I got near to the angel on earth, I heard her talking on the phone not in English. What is this? Is this the language in heaven? As I got closes to conversation range, I opened my mouth. “Hi I was just from over there and saw you walking in front of me and I thought you were really cute and beautiful. I said to myself I wanted to say Hi and at least meet you” Her face lit up. Her smile was beautiful than I imagined. Her cheeks that turn red was turning me on” “Thank you and Hi” she responded angelicaly “My name is Tucker. I noticed you were talking on the phone with a very beautiful language. May I know what language is that? “It’s Turkish. And my name is Masune” “Masune? Wow. That’s truly a beautiful name” I was surprised as she pronounced it almost seductively. “Thank you. My name means innocent in Arabic and Turkish” “Wow. Are you truly that innocent?” I asked with different and deep tone. “Ha-ha-ha. I’m not. I’m a bad girl” I held my devilish eye contact as she say that and the longer I do that, the deeper and the more my feelings intensify. She said she was going to eat at Burger King. I asked if I can hang out with her. I told her that she can eat while I finish my delicious boba. During our instant date, she mentioned that she has girlfriend back in turkey. She was a lesbian! “How long have you guys been together? Do you guys actually kiss? Make love?” “We’ve been together for 4 months and yea we do kiss” She is starting to be sexier and sexier. I know that we’re not suppose to ask a women’s age but she wasn’t a woman. “May I ask how old are you?” “I’m 16.” From there, my mind went from sexy to worry. I immediately thought of cops behind me ready to take me to jail. “It seems like your energy became low” she asked worriedly She wanted the energy I was giving off when we first met. But after she mentioned her age, my pee pee had lesser motivation and intention. The mind is truly the scariest and the sexiest? As a defense, she did mention that a lot of people say she is a lot older for her age.

Great flow! And this part ^ had me giggling. It's almost as if I could hear you speaking it -- which is a good indication for story telling!

Wow wow wow. I love reading your posts. You make what seems to be heavy seem so light and so poetic
