Oh my God. When I left the store (had to go get more ice, hehe) there was a flyer on my windshield that read:

Writer's Block Convention!
All authors, welcome!

Location: 28 story hotel on Restaraunt Row
When: First Saturday of May
    This convention is aimed at any author that has writer's block, or ever has! We hope to have a diverse turn out that will lead to blocks being fixed and ideas being shared. Make new friends! Publishers will be scoping the convention, as well as some celebrities, so keep an eye out! We hope you'll attend!


I don't know quite what to make of it. It's like someone's looking out for me. Maybe I can find some confidantes to share my new idea with. I got to thinking and... what friends? My friends were all ties to my a*****e Edgar, and without him... I suppose I needed this convention more than I thought...
