We've all had our sleep it's time to wake up.

Coyote can show us much if we let him in.

We are all wakin' up from a long sleep to find ourselves again.

Prana is Energy that comes to us from Mother Earth and Father Sky.

We need to trust our own Truth over anyone else's truth.

About changing for the better, both environment, and emotionally and they both effect each other. Doing one helps with doing the other.

About the High Frequency of Love when you See the Beauty in all Life.
