About Me

I've been writing poetry and short tales since primary school in the 80's. Arguably my most enjoyable educational years, I've given back by being a primary school TA for over 4 years. A 'social actor', I work casually at the National Theatre and have actors read, comment and sign some of my poems. Adrian Lester, Rory Kinnear, Patterson Joseph and Sian Phillips have given thumbs ups!

A huge sports fan, my hero in soooo many ways, Muhammad Ali passed away earlier today. The legacy, memories, poetic verse, both spoken and written, has inspired both myself and millions of others. I salute a spirit of courage, conviction, humility, character, charm and outspoken verve that, even when quietened through illness, shone bright. To his family and their loss of a father, husband and friend, I dedicate my next batch of poems posted. RIP. 'What's my name!?' We know your name-Ali
