Scribbler of Dreams

Hey, my name is Lani. My friends call me Tohru, Paco, Lenny, and Chihuahua. I used to have a different intro, but then I realized it was too short-so I decided to change it. Lol. Let's see...I'm now a freshman in college and I'm going to CSN. I've gone to public school for only 2 yrs and I've been to private schools since I was in preschool and lemme tell you something: public school is actually easier. WAY easier. The teachers are really nice and they don't pile homework on you. Sometimes anyways, lol. Anyways, then I found friends and we remain close to this day. To be truthful, I'm not friends with the same people I was when I was a junior, but people change. Now that I'm going to CSN, I've kept finding more friends, which is good, because everyone needs friends, right? I think some things you should know about me, is that I have a strong faith in God-I don't pressure people to believe, but if they have questions, I'm there. My best friend is Angel and has been since the first day of 3rd grade. You know that saying "Opposites attract"? That's exactly how it is with us. Even now, our likes have changed...but I wouldn't trade our friendship for anything...she was there for me through everything...almost. But that's another story. My other friends go to BHS and i love them to death. I think Aurora was my first friend...I had met her when I was a volunteer at the library. Now there's Aggie, Kat, Calvin, Silver, Chrystal, Whitney, Ahja, Kagura, Kathleen...I luv them all!!!!! Anyways, being a poet now things are different. I'm able to write alot more than I used to. And I'm getting better at drawing! What great talents! poetry and art-great for books. :). I think I'm forgetting something...let's see...I like guitar solos, I used to be in a handbell choir for 2 yrs, and I love to sing. Right now, I am an alto. My favorite groups are Three Days Grace, Papa Roach, Evanescence, Pillar, Linkin Park, Barlowgirl, Superchic(k), Nickelback, Kutless, etc etc etc. I am a HUGE fan of Harry Potter, and I like The Chronicles of Narnia, and chick flicks/romance comedy. I despise horror, thriller, and sci fi movies-they tend to freak me out. yecch. lol. (I love to write-cantcha tell?) I think one thing u should also know about me, is right now I am into poetry. Hugely so! And art. so sad though! It's what people call a "dying art". Well, I'm here to bring it back! Seriously. I want to publish all of my poems-they are that good and I'm not being full of myself. That's what people have told me. My most recent one is called Break Out, but...my favorite? I can't pick just one. They all either tell a story or make you think, and thats what I love. Everytime someone reads one, they're like "wow". I want my poems to make an impression on people, for them to be inspired by what I write. anyways, i'll ttyl. always remember-"anytime you need a friend, i'm here! bye!
