Eric A. De Fratis

My name is Eric A. De Fratis. Among being a first time published writer, my wife Jennifer, who is also a published writer, and I own a woodworking business and both hold bachelor's in theater. I like to write about things that interest me. This includes superheroes, horror, sc-fi, and fantasy. I've always had a vivid imagination and I try to tell a story that always has the fantastic. I'm also a huge Superman and Batman fan and an avid comic book collector. I write because i like it, because there is always something rattling around in my head and because that it can take you to places you never knew existed. It also gives me more incite into who I am as a person and it can be therapeutic. My published novella is called "Shadows of Patriotism", a superhero/sci-fi tale of heroism and what can happen when one twists the ideals of patriotism. My wife children's play is called "Furry Tales With a Twist". if you ever get the time, enjoy the read.
