I'm fascinated with the how poetry can evoke feelings in you like nothing else.

My favourite poems are "Ozymandias", "The Raven", "Aedh Wishes for the Cloths of Heaven", "The New Colossus", and this passage from Joanna Newsom's Emily:

We could stand for a century
Starin'
With our heads cocked
In the broad daylight at this thing
Joy
Landlocked
In bodies that don't keep
Dumbstruck with the sweetness of being
Till we don't be
