I am a creative creature, finding my way to what expresses me most fully. I live my life with the values of integrity, play and passion as my source and I love that this comes through in every thing I do. I find my fulfillment as a coach, supporting people to live authentically, and empowering them to give voice to their passion.

I'm here because I want that for myself. I want to stop thinking about writing and just write. To express myself, to share my thoughts, to tap into something that has been inside me my whole life. What it is, I couldn't say. Up until now I haven't had the courage to go there.
