I know I have not been on much since all our stuff got deleted, I haven't even reposted all my writing. I wanted to let you all know why. Most of you know that my daughter was born 3 months premature. Well things have gone fine with her up until now. Her kidney's are being damaged by reflux, which means her urine is traveling back into the kidneys and causes damage. So I have to take her to the other end of the state to see a Urologist and prepare for surgery. On top of that, I've decided to go back to school and finish my nursing degree. So please don't think I've forgotten all my talented friends here at Writer's cafe, I'm just super busy and stressed out. I miss reading all your marvelous works and hearing your views on my own stuff. Keep it up, and when stuff slows down, I hope to get back to all of you! Take care and keep my daughter in your good thoughts for me.





I'm 22, a mom of 2 and married to man i've been with since I was 15. I'm a pertty upbeat person, yea you'll see some dark writing of mine but I really try to balance it out. Besides, I use my writing to vent like most people so no I'm not depressed or suicidal even if I write about it! I've been writing since 6th grade, mostly for fun, but when I had a dream about the main character in my book, Demona, I started taking it seriously. I've been working on my book series for about 5 years now, and I have 5 books completed so I don't think that's too shaby. I'm a lover of animals, nature, I like to go trap shooting with my shotgun, but I would never kill anything. My family is a bunch of hunters and even if I don't hunt I'm not against it. My favorite color is orange. Not only do I love to write, I also do photography, most of the pictures you see on my profile, I've taken myself. Except the obvious stuff of course. I wish I could draw or paint but I have no artistic talent as far as that is concerned. I'm a thick skinned person when it comes to having others review my writing. As long as its contructive I can deal, but dont say mean things that dont help me fix the problem. Also, I'm a person of few words when it comes to reviewing other works, dont take it personally, I do it because I can get carried away if I dont give myself a short leash. Anyways, I hope everyone enjoys reading my stuff, and I hope I get to read yours.
