Daniel Strong

Born in West Virginia, but raised in Alaska since age three, I've had some unique experiences. I enjoy writing about ordinary people and the subtle drama that life creates. I love using playful and unusual combinations of words to create meaningful or rousing images. I hate cliches, so please let me know when I use them. I appreciate the irony of John Steinbeck: ad astra per alia porci ("to the stars on the wings of a pig"). I too hope to make that impossible porcine journey, whether through writing or some more fantastic venue.
