About Me
I am fifty eight years old. I am the natural mother of three astonishing, loving, responsible and fun young adults and the grandmother of three marvelous, bright and creative young people that I adore. I am the proud mother-in-law and future mother-in-law of two of the best guys there are and my daughters are very blest. My father was a commission only salesman so I grew up in a sometimes wealthy but also sometimes poor large family and there is not one of my siblings that I could see myself doing without. I am a firm believer in marriage and yet ironically I have two marriages and three divorces (I remarried one of my husbands) behind me and one annulment. While I loved being married I have also come to appreciate being single. Early on I learned lessons about dealing with Alcoholism and sexual abuse. Later in life I was married to a crack addict and had to learn to cope with my own periods of depression. All of this has served to prepare me very well for the position I now have working with the Homeless. I am a grateful and blest woman.
