Poetry Symposium: Rhyme Schemes

For those of you who don't know what a symposium is, it is a fancy word for academic get together whose origin is in ancient Greek drinking parties. That being said, lets open up our beers, bottles of wine, or heavenly spirits for some discussion, inspiration and practice on setting up a rhyme scheme for our poetic endeavors.
