Definition of ABC poem

An ABC poem has a series of lines that create a mood, picture, or feeling. Lines are made up of words and phrases. The first word of line 1 begins with an A, the first word of line 2 begins with a B etc.


Example: 
A lthough things are not perfect
B ecause of trial or pain
C ontinue in thanksgiving
D o not begin to blame
E ven when the times are hard
F ierce winds are bound to blow

Energy there
Failure not a option

A face with golden beauty
Beloved by all things live
Coursing through loves venom
Drowning in all things right
Earning her place in this world
Forever their special girl
Galloping by the moon lite tune
Holding in the sweet smelling June
Indicatively beautiful as if to say
Just look at this beauty forever always!

Basking in hatred and confusion

Dropping off the ledge
Eventually i will fall

Brought on by foolish mortal gain...
Cascades the flow of sorrowful tears...
Death the plague through all the years....

At times I don’t understand
Bothering with moodiness
Constantly surrendering
Does it make you feel better?
Even when you see my tears
F**k it, tell me you love me
